Description
<水酸化チタンの製造>
塩化チタン水溶液(TiCl4、Ti濃度9.2%)130gにイオン交換水を加えて1300mlとした。この水溶液を攪拌しながら、40%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を100g滴下して、塩化チタンと水酸化ナトリウムを反応させた。反応により得られた水酸化チタン(Ti(OH)4)のスラリーをろ過、洗浄し、29gの水酸化チタンを得た。
<フィチン酸チタン水溶液の製造>
次いで、得られた水酸化チタン29gに、フィチン酸水溶液(フィチン酸濃度50%)280gとイオン交換水260mlを加え、攪拌しながら60℃で加熱して、水酸化チタンの固形分がなくなるまで加熱撹拌を続け、フィチン酸チタン水溶液Aを得た。得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Aは、橙色に呈色していた。フィチン酸チタン水溶液A中のフィチン酸チタンの含有量は、151gである。
<防錆剤の製造>
得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Aに、表1で示す各化合物を表1に示す量添加して溶解した後、アンモニア水及びイオン交換水でpH2.5、容量780mlに調整して、防錆剤Aを製造した。
上記と同様にして得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Aを、ICP発光分析にて分析して、チタン原子及びリン原子の含有量を求めた。それらの含有量から算出したチタン原子のモル数/フィチン酸アニオンのモル数の値は、1.2であった。
<水酸化チタンの製造>
実施例1と同様の方法で、29gの水酸化チタンを得た。
<フィチン酸チタン水溶液の製造>
次いで、得られた水酸化チタン29gに、フィチン酸水溶液(フィチン酸濃度50%)358gとイオン交換水260mlを加え、攪拌しながら70℃で加熱して、水酸化チタンの固形分がなくなるまで加熱撹拌を続け、フィチン酸チタン水溶液Bを得た。得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Bは、橙色に呈色していた。フィチン酸チタン水溶液B中のフィチン酸チタンの含有量は、190gである。
<防錆剤の製造>
得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Bに、表1で示す各化合物を表1に示す量添加して溶解した後、アンモニア水、メチルアミン及びイオン交換水でpH2.5、容量780mlに調整して、防錆剤Bを製造した。
上記と同様にして得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Bを、ICP発光分析にて分析して、チタン原子及びリン原子の含有量を求めた。それらの含有量から算出したチタン原子のモル数/フィチン酸アニオンのモル数の値は、0.9であった。
<水酸化チタンの製造>
塩化チタン水溶液(TiCl4、Ti濃度9.2%)150gにイオン交換水を加えて1500mlとした。この水溶液を攪拌しながら、40%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を116g滴下して、塩化チタンと水酸化ナトリウムを反応させた。反応により得られた水酸化チタン(Ti(OH)4)のスラリーをろ過、洗浄し、33gの水酸化チタンを得た。
<フィチン酸チタン水溶液の製造>
次いで、得られた水酸化チタン33gに、フィチン酸水溶液(フィチン酸濃度50%)370gとイオン交換水300mlを加え、攪拌しながら70℃で加熱して、水酸化チタンの固形分がなくなるまで加熱撹拌を続け、フィチン酸チタン水溶液Cを得た。得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Cは、橙色に呈色していた。フィチン酸チタン水溶液C中のフィチン酸チタンの含有量は、197gである。
<防錆剤の製造>
得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Cに、表1で示す各化合物を表1に示す量添加して溶解した後、アンモニア水、メチルアミン及びイオン交換水でpH2.5、容量900mlに調整して、防錆剤Cを製造した。
上記と同様にして得られたフィチン酸チタン水溶液Cを、ICP発光分析にて分析して、チタン原子及びリン原子の含有量を求めた。それらの含有量から算出したチタン原子のモル数/フィチン酸アニオンのモル数の値は、1.0であった。
<水酸化チタンの製造>
塩化チタン水溶液(TiCl4、Ti濃度9.2%)325gにイオン交換水を加えて3000mlとした。この水溶液を攪拌しながら、40%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を250g滴下して、塩化チタンと水酸化ナトリウムを反応させた。反応により得られた水酸化チタン(Ti(OH)4)のスラリーをろ過、洗浄し、72gの水酸化チタンを得た。
<シュウ酸チタン水溶液の製造>
次いで、得られた水酸化チタン72gに、シュウ酸188gとイオン交換水800mlを加え、攪拌しながら70℃で加熱して、水酸化チタンの固形分がなくなるまで加熱撹拌を続け、シュウ酸チタン水溶液Dを得た。
<防錆剤の製造>
得られたシュウ酸チタン水溶液Dに、表1で示す各化合物を表1に示す量添加して溶解した後、アンモニア水及びイオン交換水でpH2.5、容量700mlに調整して、防錆剤Dを製造した。
<水酸化チタンの製造>
塩化チタン水溶液(TiCl4、Ti濃度9.2%)283gにイオン交換水を加えて3000mlとした。この水溶液を攪拌しながら、40%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を218g滴下して、塩化チタンと水酸化ナトリウムを反応させた。反応により得られた水酸化チタン(Ti(OH)4)のスラリーをろ過、洗浄し、63gの水酸化チタンを得た。
<酒石酸チタン水溶液の製造>
次いで、得られた水酸化チタン63gに、酒石酸196gとイオン交換水900mlを加え、攪拌しながら80℃で加熱して、水酸化チタンの固形分がなくなるまで加熱撹拌を続け、酒石酸チタン水溶液Eを得た。
<防錆剤の製造>
得られた酒石酸チタン水溶液Eに、表1で示す量の各化合物を添加して溶解した後、アンモニア水、メチルアミン及びイオン交換水でpH2.5、容量800mlに調整して、防錆剤Eを製造した。

実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜2で得られた防錆剤を、表2に示す量の各薬剤と共に配合して、金属表面処理剤を得た。得られた金属表面処理剤を亜鉛めっき鋼板に塗布し、60℃で乾燥後、各種試験を行った。その結果を表3に示す。
塩化チタン(III)4.8gに、フィチン酸1.5g、硝酸亜鉛0.15g、フッ化水素0.1gを添加し、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液及びイオン交換水でpH3.0、容量1000mlに調整して、防錆剤Fを得た。亜鉛めっき鋼板に脱脂処理を施した後、この防錆剤Fを塗布し、各種試験を行った。その結果を表3に示す。
比較例5で得られた金属表面処理剤Fを、表2に示す量の各薬剤と共に配合して金属表面処理剤Gを得た。得られた金属表面処理剤Gを亜鉛めっき鋼板に塗布し、60℃で乾燥後、各種試験を行った。その結果を表3に示す。
(1)耐食性
処理平面部において、JIS Z 2371に基づき、塩水噴霧を240時間実施した。試験後、白錆発生状況を目視により観察した。
評価基準 ○:20%未満
×:20%以上
(2)耐指紋性
耐指紋性試験板に指を押し付け、指紋の残存度合を目視により評価した。
評価基準 ○:指紋の痕跡が残らない。
×:指紋の痕跡が残る。
(3)耐黒変性
試験板を温度70℃−RH90%以上の雰囲気に24時間暴露し、色調の変化を色差計にて測定した。
評価基準 ○:ΔLが6未満
×:ΔLが6以上
ワックス:(三洋化成株式会社製、サンワックス LEL−400P)
タンニン酸:(和光純薬工業株式会社製、化学用)
シリカゾル:(日本化学工業株式会社製、シリカドール5SE−4)
シランカップリング剤:(東芝シリコーン株式会社製、N−(アミノエチル)3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン)

Claims (14)
- 防錆成分が溶媒に溶解しており、該防錆成分の全部又は一部がフィチン酸チタンであり、且つ、フッ素イオンを含有しないことを特徴とする金属表面処理剤。
- 前記防錆成分の含有割合(((フィチン酸チタンの含有量+フィチン酸チタン以外の防錆成分が有する各金属原子の合計含有量)/金属表面処理剤)×100)が0.5〜40.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 前記防錆成分の全量に対するフィチン酸チタンの含有割合が1.0〜100重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- フィチン酸チタン以外の前記防錆成分が、Co、Zn、Al、V、Ca、Mo、Mg、Mn、Li、Sr、Zr、Ba、Ni及びCeから選ばれる群のうちの少なくとも1種以上の金属を有する防錆成分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 防錆成分と、樹脂と、を含有し、該防錆成分は溶媒に溶解しており、該防錆成分の全部又は一部がフィチン酸チタンであり、且つ、フッ素イオンを含有しないことを特徴とする金属表面処理剤。
- 前記防錆成分の含有割合(((フィチン酸チタンの含有量+フィチン酸チタン以外の防錆成分が有する各金属原子の合計含有量)/金属表面処理剤)×100)が0.1〜13.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 前記防錆成分の全量に対するフィチン酸チタンの含有割合が1.0〜100重量%であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- フィチン酸チタン以外の前記防錆成分が、Co、Zn、Al、V、Ca、Mo、Mg、Mn、Li、Sr、Zr、Ba、Ni及びCeから選ばれる群のうちの少なくとも1種以上の金属を有する防錆成分であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- シランカップリング剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項5〜8いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- シリカを含有することを特徴とする請求項5〜9いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- タンニン酸を含有することを特徴とする請求項5〜10いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 請求項1〜11いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理剤を、被処理金属材に接触させることを特徴とする金属表面処理方法。
- 前記被処理金属材が、亜鉛めっき鋼板又は亜鉛とアルミニウムの合金めっき鋼板であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の金属表面処理方法。
- 請求項12又は13いずれか1項記載の金属表面処理方法を行い得られる表面処理鋼板。
