Description
Claims (2)
- リーフ部に目玉部が形成された板ばねの製造方法において、
前記目玉部の先端部とそれに対向する対向部との間に隙間部を形成し、
反射面を有する反射部材を目玉部内部に配置し、ノズルから反射部材に向けてショットを噴射し、反射部材の反射面で反射したショットを目玉部内面へ投射することにより、目玉部内面にショットピーニングを行い、
前記隙間部の形成では、前記目玉部の軸線方向に垂直な断面において、前記目玉部の先端部のリーフ部側端点から前記対向部に下ろした垂線と前記対向部表面との交点と、前記反射部材の前記反射面の中心点とを結ぶ直線が、前記目玉部の先端部と交差しないように前記目玉部の先端部を前記対向部に対向させていることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。 - 前記反射部材は、前記目玉部の前記断面において前記反射面の中心点が前記目玉部の中心点よりも前記対向部側に配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板ばねの製造方法。
