Description
Claims (5)
- 充放電可能な電池を検査するための検査部を複数備える電池検査台と、該電池検査台とは別体に設けられており前記検査部への電力の供給及び回収をするための電源装置と、を備え、
前記電池検査台は、複数の検査部の各々に与える電圧を調整する複数の昇降圧コンバータを搭載しており、複数の昇降圧コンバータは、共通の電力線で前記電源装置に接続される昇降圧ユニットとして構成され、
前記電池検査台は、前記複数の検査部を収容する筐体を備え、
前記筐体は、前記複数の検査部の上方に設けられた上端配置区画または前記複数の検査部の下方に設けられた下端配置区画を備え、
前記昇降圧ユニットは、前記上端配置区画または前記下端配置区画に設置されており、前記共通の電力線は、前記上端配置区画または前記下端配置区画から前記電源装置へと延びていることを特徴とする電池検査装置。 - 前記電池検査台は前記昇降圧ユニットを複数搭載しており、前記電源装置は複数の昇降圧ユニットの各々に対応する複数の電源部を備え、昇降圧ユニットとそれに対応する電源部とが電力線で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池検査装置。
- 前記昇降圧ユニットは、前記筐体の上面に設置され、前記筐体の外側に露出されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池検査装置。
- 前記上端配置区画は、前記筐体の外部空間から区画されており、
前記昇降圧ユニットは、前記上端配置区画に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池検査装置。 - 前記電池検査台は、検査区域に設置され、
前記電源装置は、前記検査区域とは別室である電源区域に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電池検査装置。
