Claims (8)
- バイメタルの湾曲により加圧部材がクロスバーを加圧して回転させることで固定接触子から可動接触子を分離させて回路を遮断する回路遮断器の間隔調整方法において、
前記加圧部材が前記バイメタルの上部に形成された結合孔を自由に移動できる状態で設定電流を供給して前記バイメタルを湾曲させる間隔形成ステップと、
設定時間に達すると前記設定電流を遮断し、前記バイメタルに前記加圧部材を溶接する間隔固定ステップと、
を含み、
前記間隔形成ステップは、
前記加圧部材が前記バイメタルの上部に形成された結合孔を自由に移動できる状態で前記加圧部材を前記クロスバーに密着させる密着ステップと、
設定電流を設定時間だけ供給して前記バイメタルを湾曲させることにより、前記加圧部材を前記クロスバーに密着させた状態で前記バイメタル側に相対的に移動させる電流供給ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。 - 前記間隔固定ステップは、
前記設定時間に達すると前記設定電流を遮断する電流遮断ステップと、
前記バイメタルの上部に形成された結合孔に前記加圧部材を溶接して結合する溶接ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。 - 前記溶接ステップは、レーザ溶接により自動で行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
- 前記溶接ステップにおいては、反射型光センサを用いて前記バイメタルの湾曲位置を把握し、レーザ溶接を行うことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
- 前記固定接触子から前記可動接触子を分離させるために必要な前記クロスバーの回転変位の程度を測定するトリップストローク測定ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
- 前記トリップストローク測定ステップで測定された前記クロスバーの回転変位が基準値を超える場合は、前記設定電流を減少させ、前記トリップストローク測定ステップで測定された前記クロスバーの回転変位が基準値に達しない場合は、前記設定電流を増加させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
- 前記間隔固定ステップの後に、加熱された前記バイメタルと前記加圧部材を冷却する冷却ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
- 前記加圧部材が前記バイメタルの結合孔から離脱しないように前記加圧部材の端部をリベッティングするリベッティングステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器の間隔調整方法。
