Description
本実施の形態の貼合用紙は、従来の合成繊維を用いた不織布と異なり、植物性繊維から成る天然素材を100%使用した原料パルプを用いて製造される。貼合用紙の構成パルプ成分は、広葉樹クラフトパルプを40質量%以上、より好適には70%以上含有することが好ましい。樹木の特徴として繊維が太く長い針葉樹クラフトパルプを多く用いた紙の場合、細く短い広葉樹クラフトパルプを多く用いた紙よりも透湿性が高くなり、平滑性が低く、地合、厚薄ムラが発生しやすい特徴がある。広葉樹クラフトパルプの配合割合を40質量%未満にすると、透湿性が高くなりすぎることにより単位時間辺りの透湿量が多くなり、短期保存の保存用に用いる場合の封入袋を考えてもその機能を果たせない。また、地合、厚薄ムラによる透湿度の均一性に欠け、平滑性低下により印刷適性も低下する。

<包装する薬剤との適性>
5:5分経過後も、水滴が貼合用紙表面でハジかれ、水滴付着が全く発生しない。
4:水滴が貼合用紙上に留まるものの、水滴の浸透は無い。
3:5分経過時に、水滴が貼合用紙表面に見られ、水滴が貼合用紙を僅かに通過浸透するが、裏面のティッシュペーパーに水の浸透は見られない。
2:5分経過後において、水滴が僅かに貼合用紙上に残るのみで、殆ど浸透し、裏面のテッシュペーペーに水が浸透した痕跡が生じる。
1:水滴滴下後、5分経過に至る前に水滴が速やかに貼合用紙を通過し、裏面のテッシュペーペーに水による濡れが生じる。
<貼合適性>
5:接着剤の裏抜けが無く、貼合にも問題が生じていない。
4:接着剤の裏抜けが若干生じているが、貼合に問題は生じていない。
3:接着剤の裏抜けは生じていないものの、貼合用紙から合成樹脂フィルムの剥離が部分的に生じている。加工に問題は無い。
2:接着剤の裏抜けが若干生じている、又は貼合用紙から合成樹脂フィルムの剥離が全体的に生じている。
1:接着剤の裏抜けが全体的に生じている、又は、貼合用紙から合成樹脂フィルムが脱落する。

Claims (3)
- 透気、透湿性を有する合成樹脂フィルムに貼合して用いられる貼合用紙であって、
前記貼合用紙は、JIS P 8220に準拠して離解することで得られる前記貼合用紙の離解パルプの重量平均繊維長が0.5〜1.2mmであり、
前記貼合用紙の離解パルプ成分は、広葉樹クラフトパルプを40質量%以上含有し、
前記貼合用紙は、アルキルケテンダイマーを主成分とするサイズ剤と湿潤紙力増強剤とを含有し、
前記貼合用紙は、JIS Z 0208に準拠して測定された透湿度が4500〜9000g/m2・24hであり、JIS P 8122に準拠して測定したステキヒトサイズ度が0.5〜7秒であり、JIS P 8135に準拠して測定された横方向の湿潤引張強度が0.15kN/m以上であり、
JIS P 8124に準拠して測定された坪量が25〜50g/m2であることを特徴とする貼合用紙。 - 前記貼合用紙の合成樹脂フィルムに対する貼合面のJIS P 8119に準拠したベック平滑度が20秒以下、非貼合面のベック平滑度が70秒以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の貼合用紙。
- 前記アルキルケテンダイマーを主成分とするサイズ剤は、対パルプ固形分あたりの固形分が0.2〜1.0質量%となるように前記貼合用紙中に含有され、
前記湿潤紙力増強剤は、ポリアミドエピクロロヒドリンを主成分とし、対パルプ固形分あたりの固形分が0.3〜1.5質量%となるように前記貼合用紙に含有されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の貼合用紙。
