Description
1.ネジ締め過程中に、該物品2の切り屑が有効に完全に切断されず、該物品2の繊維が該軸11に絡まり、このためこれらネジ山13がいずれも該物品2と緊密な接触状態を呈し、切削速度が遅くなるほか、該ネジ1の切削抵抗を増し、締めつけ過程で比較的大きなトルクが必要となり、使用の不便を増す。
2.前述したことを受け、該ネジ1の締結後に、一旦外在因子(たとえば地震)の振動の影響を受けると、該ネジ1の自動後退を極めて形成しやすく、このため、これらのネジ山13を該物品2に緊密に締めるだけでは十分な締結力が得られず、改善が待たれている。
3.さらに、これらネジ山13は円形に該軸11に環状に設けられ、このため切削時に発生する切り屑は、容易にこれらネジ山13間に溜まり、相互押圧と外向きの圧迫を発生し、このために切削速度が遅くなり、物品2が過大なトルクに耐えきれず亀裂を発生しやすくなり、ゆえにスピーディーな切削が達成できないのみならず、該ネジ1の締結に影響が生じる。

Claims (7)
- 軸と、該軸の一端に設けられた頭と、該軸の別端に設けられたネジ先と、該軸の周りに螺旋状に設けられた複数ピッチのネジ山とを包含する低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、該ネジ山の外周形状は、異なる長さの相互に非対称の少なくとも三つの切削面で構成され、且つ任意の二つの隣り合う該切削面間に切削エッジが接続され、該切削エッジは該ネジ山の最大外径円周部分に形成され、これにより該切削エッジが先に物品に接触して切削し、これら切削面と該物品は完全には直接接触しないことを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項1記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、該ネジ山の外周形状は四角形を形成することを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項1又は2記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、該切削面は内に凹むように設置されることを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項1記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、隣り合うネジ山の対応位置にある切削エッジの対応点を相互に連結してなる仮想線が、該軸の中心線と平行に設置されることを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項1記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、隣り合うネジ山の対応位置にある切削エッジの対応点を相互に連結してなる仮想線が、該軸の中心線に対して傾斜を呈することを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項1、3、4又は5のいずれかに記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、各該切削面に複数の鋸歯が開設されたことを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
- 請求項6記載の低トルクタッピンネジにおいて、各該切削面の鋸歯間に少なくとも一つのネジの谷底に至る切り込みが開設されたことを特徴とする、低トルクタッピンネジ。
