Description
Claims (12)
- 第1のねじ切部材と第2のねじ切部材とを備える締結装置であって、第1のねじ切部材は、第1の端部から第2の端部まで延びるねじ山を有し、前記ねじ山は、山頂および谷底によって互いに接続された荷重側フランク面および遊び側フランク面によって提供されるねじ山形状を有し、前記山頂は山頂径を提供し、前記谷底は谷底径を有するとともに隣接するねじ山の間に位置しており、第1の端部の近傍の少なくとも1つのねじ山が、他のねじ山に比べて剛性が減少した柔軟なねじ山形状を有し、
第2のねじ切部材のねじ山は、第1のねじ部分および第2のねじ部分を提供し、第1のねじ部分の谷底径は一定であり、第2のねじ部分の谷底径は第1のねじ部分から離れる方向で増加することを特徴とする締結装置。 - 第1のねじ切部材はおねじを提供し、第2のねじ切部材はめねじを提供することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結装置。
- 前記のねじ山は、一定の山頂径を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結装置。
- 第2のねじ部分は、谷底角に沿って増加する谷底深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結装置。
- 前記谷底角は、約3°であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の締結装置。
- 第2のねじ部分の山頂は、第1の端部に向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結装置。
- 前記のねじ山は、一定のピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結装置。
- 第2のねじ切部材は、第1のねじ切部材に固定されているとともに、第1のねじ切り部材と同じピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の締結装置。
- 前記のねじ山は、軸に沿って延びており、前記荷重側フランク面は、第1のねじ切部材の軸の垂線周りで傾斜しており、前記遊び側フランク面は、互いに平行であり、第2のねじ切部材は、螺合する第1のねじ切部材の対応する荷重側フランク面と接触する荷重側フランク面を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載の締結装置。
- 第1のねじ切部材と第2のねじ切部材とを備える締結装置であって、第1のねじ切部材は、第1の端部から第2の端部まで延びるねじ山を有し、前記ねじ山は、山頂および谷底によって互いに接続された荷重側フランク面および遊び側フランク面によって提供されるねじ山形状を有し、前記山頂は山頂径を提供し、前記谷底は谷底径を有するとともに隣接するねじ山の間に位置しており、第1の端部の近傍の少なくとも1つのねじ山が、他のねじ山に比べて剛性が減少した柔軟なねじ山形状を有し、
前記のねじ山は、軸に沿って延びており、第2のねじ切部材の山頂径は、変化するとともに前記軸に対して山頂角に沿って設けられていることを特徴とする締結装置。 - 第2のねじ切部材は、ねじ山接触面で第1のねじ切部材の荷重側フランク面と接触する荷重側フランク面を有し、前記ねじ山接触面は、第2の端部に向かって小さくなることを特徴とする請求項10記載の締結装置。
- 第2のねじ切部材の谷底径は一定であり、第1のねじ切部材および第2のねじ切部材は、一定である同じピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の締結装置。
