Claims (11)
- 横断面が拡大する漏斗状部材(3)を備えるケース内に排気処理ユニットを有し、排気を供給する排気チューブ(2)が、排気処理ユニットのインサートの長手方向中心軸に対して傾けて配設され、漏斗状部材(3)内に、排気チューブ(2)からの排気を案内するチューブ状の誘導要素(4)が配設され、排気チューブ(2)が、誘導要素(4)と接続されている、自動車用の排気装置において、
排気チューブ(2)が、誘導要素(4)を介して漏斗状部材(3)と接続され、漏斗状部材(3)と誘導要素(4)が、インサードに向かって同じ方向に曲げられており、誘導要素(4)の曲部の外側面(7)に、少なくとも1つのビード(8,8’)が形成されており、誘導要素(4)の出口(11)が、漏斗状部材(3)と排気処理ユニットのインサートとによって構成される内室(I)内で、インサートに対して間隔を置いて形成されており、誘導要素(4)の出口(11)の横断面は、排気チューブ(2)の横断面よりも大きいが、漏斗状部材(3)の出口の横断面よりも50%以上小さいことを特徴とする排気装置。 - ビード(8,8’)が、排気の流れ方向(S)に対して横に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気装置。
- チューブ状の誘導要素(4)のビード(8,8’)が、内側に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気装置。
- ビード(8,8’)が、本質的に、誘導要素(4)の横断面幅全体にわたって延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 2つ以上のビード(8,8’)が、外側面(7)に、流れ方向(S)に相並んで配設されるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 誘導要素(4)の横断面が、円形から非円形に移行することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 誘導要素(4)の横断面が、流れ方向(S)に増加することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 排気チューブ(2)が、誘導要素(4)の入口に係合することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 誘導要素(4)が、漏斗状部材(3)の開始領域(A)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 誘導要素(4)の出口(11)が存在する平面が、排気処理ユニット接続部が存在する平面(12)に対して角度αをなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
- 誘導要素(4)と漏斗状部材(3)の間に、間隙(9)が形成されており、漏斗状部材(3)と誘導要素(4)の外側面(7)の間の間隔(10)が、流れ方向に増加することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の排気装置。
