Description
図1に示すシェアリング充電システム1は、複数の充電スタンド2と、それら充電スタンド2にそれぞれ電力を供給する受電設備3とを備えて構成されている。
受電設備3は、各充電スタンド2にそれぞれ電力を供給する電力供給部8(電力供給手段)と、充電量制御部9(充電量制御手段)とを備えて構成されている。
充電制御可能車両は通信部13を備えており、その通信部13は車両10が充電スタンド2に接続されると、その充電スタンド2から送信される供給可能電力値Xaを受信する。また、通信部13は受信した供給可能電力値Xaを充電制御部12に送り、充電制御部12はその供給可能電力値Xaを示す充電電力指示を蓄電部11に与える。これにより、充電制御可能車両の蓄電池は充電スタンド2から送信される供給可能電力値Xaに応じた電力により充電される。なお、通信部5、13は、無線通信を行ってもよいし、電力線通信を行ってもよい。
まず、複数の充電スタンド2のうちの何れかの充電スタンド2から受電設備3に車両10が接続された旨を示す接続信号が送信されると(S1がYes)、受電設備3の電力供給部8は充電量制御部9に使用可能電力Xを示す信号を送る(S2)。充電量制御部9は、新規に車両10が接続された充電スタンド2以外の各充電スタンド2への電力供給を全て停止するとともに、電力供給部8の使用可能電力Xを、現在各充電スタンド2に接続されている車両10の総数Nで割り、その計算結果X/Nを、現在各充電スタンド2に接続されている車両10の1台あたりに供給可能な電力値Xaとする。
次に、充電量制御部9は、計算した供給可能電力値Xaを、新規に車両10が接続された充電スタンド2に送信する(S3)。
次に、その新規の車両10に通信部13を備えている場合、その車両10の充電制御部12は、受信した供給可能電力値Xaで蓄電池を充電させる旨の充電電力指示を蓄電部11に出して、蓄電池の充電を開始させる(S5)。なお、新規の車両10に通信部13が備えられていない場合、その車両10が充電スタンド2に接続されると、充電制御部12は、予め設定されている電力値で蓄電池を充電させる旨の充電電力指示を蓄電部11に出して、蓄電池の充電を開始させるものとする。
また、例えば、充電量制御部9は、各判定結果に基づいて、図3(b)に示すように、充電スタンド2に充電制御可能車両及び充電制御不可能車両が混在して接続されていると判断した場合、図4に示すように、使用可能電力Xを各充電制御可能車両に分散して供給すること、各充電制御不可能車両から引っぱられる電力の総和が使用可能電力Xを超えないように、使用可能電力Xを各充電制御不可能車両に分散して供給することを交互に繰り返し行う。なお、例えば、図4に示す時間T2において、N2台の充電制御不可能車両から引っぱられる電力の総和が使用可能電力Xを超えてしまう場合、N2台の充電制御不可能車両のうち使用可能電力Xを超えない台数の充電制御不可能車両の蓄電池の充電を行った後、次回の時間T4において、残りの充電制御不可能車両の蓄電池の充電を行うようにする。また、例えば、充電量制御部9は、各判定結果に基づいて、図3(b)に示すように、充電スタンド2に充電制御可能車両及び充電制御不可能車両が混在して接続されていると判断した場合、図5に示すように、N2台の充電制御不可能車両1台ずつ順番に電力Xb(電力供給部8から各充電制御不可能車両にそれぞれ引っぱられる電力)を供給するとともに、使用可能電力Xのうち充電制御不可能車両に供給した電力Xbの残りの電力(X−Xb)を各充電制御可能車両に分散して供給する。なお、N2台の充電制御不可能車両の全ての蓄電池の充電が完了する前に、N1台の充電制御可能車両の全ての蓄電池の充電が完了してもよい。

Claims (3)
- 複数の充電スタンドと、前記複数の充電スタンドにそれぞれ電力を供給する受電設備とを備えるシェアリング充電システムであって、
前記受電設備は、
前記複数の充電スタンドにそれぞれ電力を供給する電力供給手段と、
前記複数の充電スタンドの何れかから車両が接続された旨を示す接続情報が送られてくると、前記複数の充電スタンドに接続される車両の総数と前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力とに基づいて車両1台あたりの供給可能電力値を求め、その供給可能電力値を前記複数の充電スタンドにそれぞれ送る充電量制御手段と、
を備え、
前記充電スタンドは、
前記受電設備から送られてくる供給可能電力値を前記充電スタンドに接続される車両に送信する通信手段と、
前記電力供給手段から前記充電スタンドに接続される車両へ引っぱられる電力を測定する電力測定手段と、
前記電力測定手段により測定される電力と前記供給可能電力値とに基づいて、前記充電スタンドに接続される車両が、前記供給可能電力値に基づく電力を前記電力供給手段から引っぱる充電制御可能車両である、又は、前記供給可能電力値に基づかない電力を前記電力供給手段から引っぱる充電制御不可能車両であると判定する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記充電量制御手段は、
前記複数の充電スタンドのそれぞれの前記制御手段の判定結果に基づいて、前記複数の充電スタンドに前記充電制御可能車両のみが接続されていると判断した場合、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を前記各充電制御可能車両に分散して供給し、
前記複数の充電スタンドのそれぞれの前記制御手段の判定結果に基づいて、前記複数の充電スタンドに前記充電制御可能車両及び前記充電制御不可能車両が接続されていると判断した場合、前記充電制御可能車両及び前記充電制御不可能車両からそれぞれ引っぱられる電力の総和が前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を超えないように、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を前記充電制御可能車両又は前記充電制御不可能車両に分散して供給しつつ、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を前記充電制御可能車両及び前記充電制御不可能車両に時間的に分散して供給する
ことを特徴とするシェアリング充電システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシェアリング充電システムであって、
前記充電量制御手段は、前記複数の充電スタンドのそれぞれの前記制御手段の判定結果に基づいて、前記複数の充電スタンドに前記複数の充電制御可能車両及び前記複数の充電制御不可能車両が接続されていると判断した場合、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を分散して前記複数の充電制御可能車両に供給すること、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力を分散して前記複数の充電制御不可能車両に供給することを交互に繰り返し行う
ことを特徴とするシェアリング充電システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシェアリング充電システムであって、
前記充電量制御手段は、前記複数の充電スタンドのそれぞれの前記制御手段の判定結果に基づいて、前記複数の充電スタンドに前記複数の充電制御可能車両及び前記複数の充電制御不可能車両が接続されていると判断した場合、前記複数の充電制御不可能車両1台ずつ順番に電力を供給するとともに、前記電力供給手段の使用可能電力のうち前記充電制御不可能車両に供給した電力の残りの電力を前記複数の充電制御可能車両に分散して供給する
ことを特徴とするシェアリング充電システム。
