Claims (1)
- 所定の基材の表面に絶縁膜を形成するために用いられるガラスを主成分とする絶縁膜組成物であって、
アスペクト比が1.2以下のアルミナ粉末を含み、
前記アルミナ粉末は、水酸化アルミニウムをハロゲンガスと共に噴射して気相成長させる化学蒸着法を用いて製造されたものであることを特徴とする絶縁膜組成物。
