Description
a.LED発光を放射するためのLEDと、
b.上流出口窓面及び下流出口窓面を持つ透過性出口窓と、
c.各々が上流透過窓面及び下流透過窓面を持つ、前記LEDの下流及び前記透過性出口窓の上流に配されるn個(nは1以上)の透過窓と、
d.発光物質層がオプション的に空間的に離れて、前記LEDの下流及び前記透過性出口窓の上流に配され、前記LEDから空間的に離れているk個(kは1以上、特に2以上)の発光物質層とを有する照明装置であって、
前記LED及び前記発光物質層が主色の光を生成し、前記透過性出口窓が光の少なくとも一部を透過する照明装置を提供する。
照明装置は、ここでは、「装置」としても示される。LEDに対して、1つ以上の透過窓がLEDの下流に配される。透過窓は、LEDにより生成された実質的に全ての放射が透過窓へ向くように好ましくは配され、すなわち、透過窓はLEDにより放射される光の経路内に置かれる。よって、好ましい実施例では、発光物質及び/又は透過窓は、実質的に全てのLED放射を受ける。
実施例では、LEDは青の発光を放射するように配され、発光物質は、(a)青のLED発光の少なくとも一部を吸収し、緑の発光を放射するように配される緑の発光物質と、(b)青のLED発光の少なくとも一部、緑の発光の少なくとも一部、又は青の発光の少なくとも一部及び緑の発光の少なくとも一部を吸収し、赤の発光を放射するように配される赤の発光物質とを有する。このようにして、既定の色の光が白色光になる。とりわけLEDパワー、青のLED発光スペクトラム、及び発光物質量に依存して、種々異なる色温度の白色光が構成される。
特にLED(すなわち、特にLEDの光放射面(又はダイ))から0ではない距離で、透過窓が配されている。
特に、透過窓の下流面から0ではない距離で、透過窓の下流に透過性出口窓が配されている。この出口窓は、照明装置からの光が照明装置から流出することを可能にするように配される。
Claims (15)
- a.LED発光を放射するための複数のLEDと、
b.上流出口窓面及び下流出口窓面を持つ透過性出口窓と、
c.各々が上流透過窓面及び下流透過窓面を持つ、前記複数のLEDの下流及び前記透過性出口窓の上流に配されるn個(nは1以上)の透過窓と、
d.前記複数のLEDの下流及び前記透過性出口窓の上流に配され、前記複数のLEDから空間的に離れているk個(kは2以上)の発光物質層とを有する照明装置であって、
前記複数のLED及び前記発光物質層が主色の光を生成し、前記透過性出口窓が光の少なくとも一部を透過し、前記発光物質層が前記透過性出口窓の方向に光の少なくとも一部を透過可能に配され、第1の透過窓から下流で、前記透過性出口窓から上流に最終的キャビティを持つ、照明装置。 - 第1の透過窓を有する請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、前記上流透過窓面が第1の発光物質上流被覆層を有し、前記下流透過窓面が第1の発光物質下流被覆層を有する、照明装置。
- 第2の透過窓を有する請求項2に記載の照明装置であって、前記上流透過窓面が第2の発光物質上流被覆層を有し、前記下流透過窓面が第2の発光物質下流被覆層を有する、照明装置。
- 前記透過性出口窓の前記上流出口窓面が、発光物質上流出口窓被覆層を有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光物質上流出口窓被覆層は赤い光を放射する発光物質を有する、請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- kが2から5の間の範囲内にあり、nが1から2の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも2つの発光物質層が実質的に同一の発光物質成分を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくとも2つの発光物質層が実質的に異なる発光物質成分を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 第1の発光物質層が第1の色の光を生成し、第2の発光物質層が第2の色の光を生成し、第1の色の光は第2の色の光より大きな主発光波長を持ち、第1の発光物質層が第2の発光物質層の上流に配される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 第1の発光物質層が、赤い光を放射する発光物質を有する、請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- センサ、特に光センサを更に有する、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の照明装置であって、前記センサが実質的に間接光だけを受ける、照明装置。
- 反射モードで発光を生成する発光物質層を更に有する、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光物質層の1つ以上が、パターン化された被覆層を有する、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記透過性出口窓及び1つ以上のn個の透過窓からなるグループから選択される1つ以上の窓が、透過性発光出口窓及び透過発光窓として1つ以上の発光物質層を独立して有する、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 1つ以上のダイクロイックフィルタを更に有し、前記LEDの下流及び前記透過性出口窓の上流に配され、前記1つ以上のダイクロイックフィルタの上流の光の少なくとも一部を透過し、前記1つ以上のダイクロイックフィルタの下流の光の少なくとも一部を反射する、請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
