Claims (3)
- ハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリーと電圧変換装置との間に存在し、プレチャージ抵抗(Pre-charge resistance)、プレチャージリレー(Pre-charge relay)及びメインリレー(Main relay)を含むプレチャージ抵抗保護回路において、
前記電圧変換装置は、低電圧DC-DCコンバーターと、前記低電圧DC-DCコンバーターの両端に並列接続されたDCリンクキャパシターとを含み、
前記プレチャージリレーの後段に前記DCリンクキャパシターの一端が直列連結され、
前記DCリンクキャパシターと前記低電圧DC-DCコンバーターとの間に位置し、前記プレチャージリレーと相補的に作動することによって前記低電圧DC-DCコンバーターに持続的な過電流が流れることを防止するためのインターロックスイッチを含むことを特徴とするインターロックスイッチを用いたプレチャージ抵抗保護回路装置。 - 前記プレチャージ抵抗保護回路装置は、前記プレチャージ抵抗に持続的な過電流が流れる場合、温度が上昇し且つ抵抗値が増加して前記プレチャージ抵抗に流れる過電流を遮断するポリスイッチをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインターロックスイッチを用いたプレチャージ抵抗保護回路装置。
- 前記ポリスイッチは、前記プレチャージ抵抗と前記プレチャージリレーとの間に位置するか、又は、前記ハイブリッド電気自動車のバッテリーと前記プレチャージ抵抗との間に存在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインターロックスイッチを用いたプレチャージ抵抗保護回路装置。
