Claims (6)
- モ―タの回転軸に中空貫通孔を形成し、該モ―タによって駆動され該モ―タの前記中空貫通孔内に引き込まれる部位を有する加圧軸を備え、圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニットにおいて、前記回転軸の前方部位にベアリングを配置し、その前方の予圧受座の前側に圧電型ロ―ドセルを配置し、該ロ―ドセルを予圧受座と予圧設定部品との間に挟み、該ロ―ドセルに予圧をかけて組み込んだことを特徴とする圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
- 複数のスペ―サと前記圧電型ロ―ドセルとをそれぞれ多角形の別々の頂点に配置して予圧受座と予圧設定部品との間に挟み、該ロ―ドセルに予圧をかけて組み込んだことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
- 前記予圧設定部品側にア―ムを固定し、該予圧設定部品の背面と予圧受座との間に圧電型ロ―ドセルを挟み、該ロ―ドセルに予圧をかけて組み込んだことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
- 前記予圧受座として、モ―タの前蓋を適用し、前記予圧設定部品の背面とモ―タの前蓋との間に圧電型ロ―ドセルを挟み、該ロ―ドセルに予圧をかけて組み込んだことを特徴とする請求項3記載の圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
- 複数のスペ―サと前記圧電型ロ―ドセルとをそれぞれ多角形の別々の頂点に配置して予圧受座と予圧設定部品との間に挟み、該ロ―ドセルに予圧をかけて組み込んだことを特徴とする請求項3記載の圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
- 前記予圧設定部品として加圧軸のガイドを適用し、該ガイドのモ―タへの締め付け軸に前記圧電型ロ―ドセルの中心部を位置させたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の圧電型ロ―ドセルを組込んだ中空駆動ユニット。
