Description
(1)核磁気共鳴分光測定の結果を用いて石炭またはコークスが受けた熱履歴における最高到達温度を推定することを特徴とする、石炭またはコークスの熱履歴推定方法。
(2)核磁気共鳴分光測定により得られるスペクトルにおける特定のピークのピーク強度値に基づいて最高到達温度を推定することを特徴とする(1)に記載の石炭またはコークスの熱履歴推定方法。
(3)300℃〜600℃の範囲で最高到達温度を推定することを特徴とする、(1)または(2)に記載の石炭またはコークスの熱履歴推定方法。
Claims (1)
- 核磁気共鳴分光測定の結果を用いて石炭またはコークスが受けた熱履歴における最高到
達温度を推定する石炭またはコークスの熱履歴推定方法であって、
あらかじめ、300℃〜600℃の範囲で加熱された複数の石炭またはコークスについて、13C−核磁気共鳴分光測定を行い、
前記13C−核磁気共鳴分光測定の結果に基づいて、前記複数の石炭またはコークスについて、下記式で求められるピーク強度比と、加熱処理時の最高到達温度との正の相関を示す検量線を作成しておき、
加熱された未知の石炭またはコークスについて、13C−核磁気共鳴分光測定を行い、測定結果から下記式でピーク強度比を求め、
求めたピーク強度比と前記検量線とから、300℃〜600℃の範囲で、加熱処理時の最高到達温度を推定することを特徴とする、石炭またはコークスの熱履歴推定方法。
(式):ピーク強度比=(110ppm付近の芳香環C−H基ピーク強度+130ppm付近の芳香環C−H基ピーク強度)/全炭素ピーク強度
