Claims (7)
- 表面を有するガスタービンエンジン部品であって、
前記表面の少なくとも一部に皮膜系が設けられ、
当該皮膜系が、
マトリックス(63)とマトリックス(63)中に均一に分散した粒子(65)とを含むベース皮膜(64)と、
ベース皮膜の少なくとも一部に設けられた仮皮膜(70)であって、ベース皮膜(64)の表面を封止して汚染物質の浸透を低減する有機材料を含む仮皮膜(70)と
を含んでおり、500℃を超える温度に暴露されると前記仮皮膜(70)が揮発して前記ベース皮膜(64)が非被覆状態に戻る、皮膜系であり、
Al 2 O 3 、Y 2 O 3 、Zr 2 O 3 、Ti 2 O 3 及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択された前記粒子(65)が前記ベース皮膜(64)に所定の熱膨張率を与えるとともに耐食性を与える
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン部品。 - 表面を有するガスタービンエンジン部品であって、
前記表面の少なくとも一部に皮膜系が設けられ、
当該皮膜系が、
マトリックス(63)とマトリックス(63)中に均一に分散した粒子(65)とを含むベース皮膜(64)と、
ベース皮膜の少なくとも一部に設けられた仮皮膜(70)であって、ベース皮膜(64)の表面を封止して汚染物質の浸透を低減する有機材料を含む仮皮膜(70)と
を含んでおり、500℃を超える温度に暴露されると前記仮皮膜(70)が揮発して前記ベース皮膜(64)が非被覆状態に戻る、皮膜系であり、
MAl、MAlX、MCr、MCrX、MCrAlXの粒子及びこれらの組合せからなる群(ただし、Mはニッケル、鉄、コバルト及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される元素であり、XはLa、Ta、Re、Y、Zr、Hf、Si、B、C及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される元素である。)から選択された前記粒子(65)が前記ベース皮膜(64)に所定の熱膨張率を与えるとともに耐食性を与える
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン部品。 - 前記有機材料が、アクリル系ラテックス樹脂、溶剤アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン、ポリスルフィド及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービンエンジン部品。
- 前記マトリックス(63)が、ケイ素系マトリックス、シリコーン系マトリックス、リン酸塩系マトリックス、クロム酸塩系マトリックス又はこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジン部品。
- 前記ベース皮膜(64)の所定の熱膨張率が、1200°Fで4〜5×10-6/°Fよりも大きい、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジン部品。
- 前記有機材料が、充填材、顔料その他の樹脂添加剤を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のガスタービンエンジン部品。
- 前記ベース皮膜(64)及び仮皮膜(70)が水性材料として塗工される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のガスタービンエンジン部品。
