Abstract
【解決手段】本耐食性皮膜系は、第1の皮膜と第2の皮膜とを有する。第1の皮膜は、マトリックス63と耐食性粒子65とを含む。マトリックス63は、好ましくはシリカ、シリコーン、リン酸塩、クロム酸塩及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるマトリックス材料である。耐食性粒子65はマトリックス中に均一に分散し、皮膜に所定の熱膨張率を与える。粒子65は第1の皮膜に耐食性を与える。第2の皮膜は第1の皮膜の少なくとも一部に設けられる。第2の皮膜は、第1の皮膜の表面を十分に封止して汚染物質の浸透を低減又は防止することができる有機材料を含み、高温への暴露によって除去することができる。

Claims (10)
- 耐食性皮膜系であって、
マトリックス(63)とマトリックス(63)中に均一に分散した耐食性粒子(65)とを含む第1の皮膜(64)であって、耐食性粒子(65)が第1の皮膜(64)に所定の熱膨張率を与えるとともに耐食性を与える第1の皮膜(64)、及び
第1の皮膜の少なくとも一部に設けられた第2の皮膜(70)であって、第1の皮膜(64)の表面を十分に封止して汚染物質の浸透を低減又は防止することができる有機材料を含む第2の皮膜(70)
を含んでなる皮膜系。 - 前記有機材料が、アクリル系ラテックス樹脂、溶剤アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン、ポリスルフィド及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 前記有機材料が、充填材、顔料その他の樹脂添加剤を含む、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 第2の皮膜(70)が、約500℃を超える温度に暴露されると揮発する、請求項3記載の皮膜系。
- マトリックス(63)が、ケイ素系マトリックス、シリコーン系マトリックス、リン酸塩系マトリックス、クロム酸塩系マトリックス又はこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 耐食性粒子(65)がAl2O3、Y2O3、Zr2O3、Ti2O3及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 皮膜(64)の所定の熱膨張率がアルミナ層の熱膨張率よりも大きい、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 耐食性粒子(65)がMAl、MAlX、MCr、MCrX、MCrAlXの粒子及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択され(ただし、Mはニッケル、鉄、コバルト及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される元素であり、XはLa、Ta、Re、Y、Zr、Hf、Si、B、C及びこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される元素である。)、金属粒子(65)がマトリックス(63)中に均一に分散されて第1の皮膜(64)に所定の熱膨張率を与える、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 第1の皮膜(64)がガスタービンエンジン部品の表面の少なくとも一部に設けられる、請求項1記載の皮膜系。
- 前記ガスタービンエンジン部品がタービンディスク、シール及びシャフトからなる群から選択される部品である、請求項9記載の皮膜系。
