Claims (7)
- 印写リソグラフィの方法であって、
テンプレートホルダ上に配置された印写テンプレートであって、パターンを付けた表面上に放射線を吸収する熱吸収材料の層が設けられた印写テンプレートを、印写可能媒体と接触させる工程と、
前記テンプレートホルダおよび前記印写テンプレートを透過させて前記熱吸収材料の層に放射線を照射する工程と、
前記放射線により前記熱吸収材料の層が加熱され前記印写可能媒体の温度がガラス転移温度以上となった後に前記印写テンプレートを当該印写可能媒体の中へ押込む工程と、
前記放射線の照射を停止させ前記印写可能媒体の温度がガラス転移温度未満となった後に前記印写テンプレートを前記印写可能媒体から剥離する工程と、を含み、
前記テンプレートホルダおよび前記印写テンプレートは、前記放射線の波長の光に対して透過性を有する、方法。 - 前記熱吸収材料が金属である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属がニッケル、クロムまたはアルミニウムを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱吸収材料の層が厚さ10nm以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱吸収材料の層が厚さ100nm以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱吸収材料の層が厚さ1μm未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記印写テンプレートを前記印写可能媒体に押付ける前に、前記熱吸収材料の層を前記放射線で照射する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
