Description
Claims (3)
- 電気溶着した金属層(3)で被覆した外部時計エレメント(2)に装飾部(1)を固定する方法であって、
a)前記外部エレメントとして使用する基板(2)(図1)を用意するステップと、
b)前記基板に組み入れる装飾部(1)を用意する(図2)ステップと、
c)組み入れる前記装飾部(1)の寸法の孔(4)を少なくとも部分的に前記基板(2)に開ける(図3)ステップと、
d)このようにして形成した孔(4)(図4)に、前記孔(4)の寸法に適合したダミー部(5)を挿入するステップと、
e)前記基板(2)上に金属層(3)を電気溶着する(図5)ステップと、
f)前記ダミー部(5)を前記基板(2)から取り除く(図7)ステップと、
g)前記装飾部(1)を前記基板(2)に挿入し、前記基板と接着剤で結合(図8)固定するか、または前記基板に装着するステップとから構成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1のステップe)とf)の間に、前記金属層(3)を平らにするステップh)(図6)を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記基板(2)は絶縁材であることと、前記ステップe)はクロムおよび金の薄層を含む金属化ステップの後に実施することと、前記電気溶着した金属層(3)は金層であることとを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
