Description
ポリスチレン表面を酸素ガスプラズマ処理に曝露し、負に帯電した表面を形成する。負に帯電した表面を1%ポリエチレンイミン溶液に2時間曝露する。ポリエチレンイミン被膜表面を10mg/mL酸化デキストラン溶液に2時間曝露する。デキストラン被膜表面をアミン末端ポリエチレングリコール溶液に1時間曝露する。ポリエチレングリコール表面を1mg/mL水素化ホウ素ナトリウム溶液に1時間曝露する。
ポリスチレン表面をアンモニアガスに曝露して、正に帯電した表面を形成する。正に帯電した表面を10%グルタルアルデヒド溶液に1時間曝露する。グルタルアルデヒド活性化表面を1%ポリエチレンイミン溶液に2時間曝露する。ポリエチレンイミン被膜表面を10mg/mL酸化デキストラン溶液に2時間曝露する。デキストラン被膜表面を1mg/mLアミン末端ポリエチレングリコール溶液に1時間曝露する。ポリエチレングリコール被膜表面を1mg/mL水素化ホウ素ナトリウム溶液に1時間曝露する。
Claims (14)
- 生体分子の非特異的結合および細胞の付着に対する抵抗性をもたらすポリマー表面の処理方法であって、
a)前記ポリマー表面に正の電荷を付与して得られる正の帯電表面をリンカーに暴露して活性化表面を生成するステップと、
b)前記活性化表面をポリアルキレンイミンに曝露して重合表面を形成するステップと、
c)前記重合表面をアルデヒド含有ポリマーに曝露してアルデヒド表面を形成するステップと、
d)前記アルデヒド表面をアミン末端ヒドロカルビルポリマーおよびアミン末端ポリエーテルからなる群から選択されるアミン末端ポリマーに曝露し、次いで前記表面を還元剤に曝露するステップと、
を含み、
前記リンカーは、ジアルデヒド、ジエステル、ジイミドエステル、NHSエステル、ヒドラジド、カルボジイミド、アリールアジド、および一方の末端にエステルを他方の末端にアルデヒドを有するヘテロ二官能性リンカーからなる群から選択される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アミン末端ポリエーテルは、アミン末端ポリエチレングリコールである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー表面に前記正の電荷を付与するステップは、実質的にガスを含まないチャンバー内に前記ポリマー表面を配置し、前記チャンバー内にガスを導入し、前記ガスを励起させて前記正に帯電した表面を生成することを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスを励起させることは、前記ガスを高周波励起にかけることを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、アンモニアガスである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記リンカーは、グルタルアルデヒドである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアルキレンイミンは、ポリエチレンイミンである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルデヒド含有ポリマーは、酸化多糖類である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化多糖類は、酸化アミロース、酸化アミロペクチン、酸化セルロース、酸化キチン、酸化グアラン、酸化グルコマンナン、および酸化デキストランからなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー表面は、ポリスチレン表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー表面は、マルチウェルプレートの表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤は、水素化ホウ素ナトリウムである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の方法によって処理した、ことを特徴とする表面。
- 前記表面は、マルチウェルプレートの表面である、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の表面。
