Claims (7)
- ガスタービン(100)内で画定された燃焼チャンバ(128)に向けて流動体を送るように構成された燃料ノズルであって、当該燃料ノズルが、
支持フランジ(440)と、
旋回翼アセンブリ(430)と、
ベース端に空気通路開口部(460)を有するバーナチューブ(410、510)と、
前記バーナチューブの半径方向内側に位置するバッフル板(560)及びその下流側の空気ガイドベーン(590)を含むバッフル板アセンブリ(550)であって、燃料ノズル内で空気流を前記旋回翼アセンブリに向けて送るように構成されたバッフル板アセンブリ(550)と
を備えており、
燃料ノズルの動作中に前記バーナチューブの内側面が前記旋回翼アセンブリの外側面を囲むように前記バーナチューブが支持フランジ(340)に取り外し可能に結合されており、
前記旋回翼アセンブリ(430)が第1の熱膨張係数を有する第1の材料で作られていて、前記バーナチューブ(410、510)が第1の熱膨張係数とは異なる第2の熱膨張係数を有する第2の材料で作られており、静止温度で前記バーナチューブを前記支持フランジから軸方向に摺動させることができる、燃料ノズル。 - 前記第1の熱膨張係数が前記第2の熱膨張係数より高い、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記バーナチューブ(410、510)が第2の材料及び第3の材料で作られていて、前記第3の材料が前記第2の材料より高い材料温度に耐えることができる、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記バーナチューブ(410、510)が前記支持フランジ(440)に近接した上部チューブ(520)と前記燃焼チャンバ(128)に近接した下部チューブ(530)とを含んでおり、前記上部チューブ(520)が前記第2の材料で作られており、前記下部チューブ(530)が前記第3の材料で作られている、請求項3記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記バーナチューブ(410、510)が、静止温度で前記旋回翼アセンブリ(320、430)をきつくなく囲み、動作温度において前記旋回翼アセンブリをしっかりと囲む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル。
- 前記バッフル板アセンブリ(550)が前記空気通路開口部(460)の下流に位置する、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル。
- 燃焼チャンバ(128)と、
前記燃焼チャンバに向けて流動体を送るように構成された請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズルと
を備える、ガスタービンエンジン(100)。
