Claims (8)
- 予混合燃料供給通路(308)と拡散燃料通路(310)とを含む燃料ノズル組立体(300)であって、
燃焼器エンドカバープレート本体(302)を含む燃焼器エンドカバーサブ組立体と、
インサート本体(305)と該インサート本体に挿入された複数のオリフィスプラグ(306)とを含む少なくとも1つの燃料ノズルインサートサブ組立体(304)であって、複数のオリフィスプラグ(306)の各々が少なくとも1つのオリフィス(309)を含んでおり、複数のファスナ(307)を用いて前記燃焼器エンドカバープレート本体(302)に着脱自在に結合される燃料ノズルインサートサブ組立体(304)と、
半径方向内側チューブ壁(328)と、複数の空気通路(337)が貫通したシュラウド(336)に連結する半径方向外側チューブ壁(322)と含む燃料ノズルサブ組立体(321)と、
前記インサート本体(305)、エンドカバープレート本体(302)及び半径方向内側チューブ壁(328)間に配置された複数のシールであって、前記拡散燃料通路(310)内で前記インサート本体(305)と半径方向内側チューブ壁(328)との間に挿入された少なくとも1つの環状ベローズ(334)を含む複数のシールと
を含む燃料ノズル組立体。 - 前記オリフィス(309)が、前記インサート本体(305)内に配置され、かつ前記燃料ノズル組立体に関連した燃料流量及びパターンを可能にするような寸法にされる、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 前記オリフィスプラグ(306)の各々が、燃料流量及びパターンが間違って変更される可能性を軽減するように、前記インサート本体(305)内に固定状態で挿入される、請求項2記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数のシール、前記拡散燃料通路(310)の少なくとも一部分内で前記インサート本体(305)と前記エンドカバープレート本体(302)との間に挿入された少なくとも1つの環状シール(330)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数のシールが、前記予混合燃料通路(308)の少なくとも一部分内で前記インサート本体(305)と前記エンドカバープレート本体(302)との間に挿入された少なくとも1つの環状シール(332)を含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 前記複数のシールが、W−シール、C−シール及びE−シールの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 前記燃料ノズルサブ組立体(321)が中間チューブ壁(324)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体。
- 圧縮機(102)と、
少なくとも1つの燃料源と、
前記圧縮機と流れ連通状態になった燃焼器(104)と
を含む燃焼タービンエンジン(104)であって、
