Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジン(100)内に形成された燃焼チャンバ(128)に向けて流体を送るように構成された燃料ノズル(400)であって、当該燃料ノズル(400)が、
第1の熱膨張率を有する第1の材料で製作された第1の中空管(420)と、
第1の熱膨張率とは異なる第2の熱膨張率を有する第2の材料で製作された第2の中空管(410)と
を含んでおり、
第1の中空管が第2の中空管を実質的に囲むように第2の中空管が第1の中空管内に結合され、
第2の中空管が、該燃料ノズルの作動時に第1の中空管と軸方向に略同じ割合で熱膨張する、
燃料ノズル。 - 第1の熱膨張率が、第2の熱膨張率よりも小さい、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 第1の中空管(420)及び第2の中空管(410)が、略同心に整列している、請求項1又は請求項2記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 第1の中空管(420)及び第2の中空管(410)の少なくとも1つが、直円筒体である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 第1の中空管(420)及び第2の中空管(410)の少なくとも1つが、波形円筒体である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 第1の材料が、400系ステンレス鋼である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 第2の材料が、300系ステンレス鋼である、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(400)。
- 燃焼チャンバ(128)と、
前記燃焼チャンバに向けて流体を送るように構成された請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル(400)と
を含むガスタービンエンジン(100)。
