Claims (2)
- 内部導体の外周に誘電体層を設けた信号線を2芯平行に配置し、前記2芯の信号線の外周に導体側を外側にし絶縁側を内側にした第1の外部導体を設け、該第1の外部導体の外側にドレイン線を前記信号線と平行になるように配置し、前記第1の外部導体および前記ドレイン線の外周に導体側を内側にし絶縁側を外側にした第2の外部導体を設け、該第2の外部導体の外周に外被を設けたことを特徴とする高速差動ケーブル。
- 前記ドレイン線は、前記2芯の信号線の中心軸を結ぶ線の延長線上に中心軸が位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高速差動ケーブル。
