Claims (2)
- 内部導体の外周に第1の誘電体層を設けた信号線を2芯平行に配置し、前記2芯の信号線の外周に第2の誘電体層を設け、前記第2の誘電体層の外周に外部導体を縦沿えに設け、前記外部導体の外周にテープ状部材を螺旋状に巻き付けた巻回層を設け、前記巻回層の外側であって前記信号線の一側にドレイン線を前記信号線と平行になるように配置し、前記巻回層および前記ドレイン線の外周に外被を設けたことを特徴とする高速差動ケーブル。
- 前記巻回層は、金属蒸着テープでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高速差動ケーブル。
