Description
図1は本発明の実施形態1に係る固体撮像装置を説明する図である。
ここで、dは、薄膜光学部材101の膜厚、θは光の入射角(図1参照)、mは自然数、nは屈折率(電圧で制御できる)である。
n0は電圧を印加しないときの屈折率、aは定数(以下、物質定数という。)
上記(1)および(2)式より、
(λ/2)・(2m−1)=2dn0(1+a(V/d)2)cosθ
従って、
λ=(1/(2m−1))・4dn0(1+a(V/d)2)cosθ ・・・(3)
となる。
λ=4dn0cosθ
であり、これは、単純な反射の場合であり、(3)式が正しいことを示している。

(実施形態4)
次に、本発明の実施形態4として、上述した分光器をスペクトル分析装置に適用した例を説明する。
(実施形態5)
なお、上記実施形態1〜4では、特に説明しなかったが、上記実施形態1〜2の固体撮像装置の少なくともいずれかを撮像部に用いた例えばデジタルビデオカメラ、デジタルスチルカメラなどのデジタルカメラや、画像入力カメラ、スキャナ、ファクシミリ、カメラ付き携帯電話装置などの画像入力デバイスを有した電子情報機器について説明する。本発明の電子情報機器は、本発明の上記実施形態1〜2の固体撮像装置の少なくともいずれかを撮像部に用いて得た高品位な画像データを記録用に所定の信号処理した後にデータ記録する記録メディアなどのメモリ部と、この画像データを表示用に所定の信号処理した後に液晶表示画面などの表示画面上に表示する液晶表示装置などの表示手段と、この画像データを通信用に所定の信号処理をした後に通信処理する送受信装置などの通信手段と、この画像データを印刷(印字)して出力(プリントアウト)する画像出力手段とのうちの少なくともいずれかを有している。

Claims (3)
- 光源と、該光源からの光を変調して、画像表示のためのスクリーン上に投影する投影装置とを備えた画像表示装置であって、
該投影装置は、
電気光学効果を有する薄膜化された光学部材を画素として行列状に複数配列してなり、各光学部材で入射光を反射する反射部と、
該反射部の光入射面側に配置された液晶層と、
該液晶層の両側に配置された偏光板と、
該各光学部材内で独立した電界が発生するよう該各光学部材に電圧を印加する電圧印加部とを備え、
該各光学部材は、電気光学物質からなる薄膜光学部材と、該薄膜光学部材の両面に形成された一対の電極とを有し、
該電圧印加部は、
該各画素行毎に、該各画素行に対応する複数の薄膜光学部材の一方の電極に電圧を印加する第1の電圧印加制御部と、
該各画素列毎に、該各画素列に対応する複数の薄膜光学部材の他方の電極に電圧を印加する第2の電圧印加制御部とを有し、
該光学部材で反射された該スクリーンへ向かう反射光が、該光学部材の電界による屈折率の変化により可視光である複数の基準色の光に分離されるよう、該光学部材への印加電圧を制御するものであり、
該液晶層における液晶の配向を、該反射部からの光の強度が変化するよう制御する画像表示装置。 - 光源と、入射光を反射する反射装置と、該光源からの光を該反射装置に導く透明媒体とを備えた画像表示装置であって、
該反射装置は、
電気光学効果を有する薄膜化された光学部材を画素として行列状に複数配列してなり、各光学部材で入射光を反射する反射パネルと、
該反射パネルの光入射面側に配置された液晶層と、
該液晶層の両側に配置された偏光板と、
該各光学部材内で独立した電界が発生するよう該各光学部材に電圧を印加する電圧印加部とを備え、
該各光学部材は、電気光学物質からなる薄膜光学部材と、該薄膜光学部材の両面に形成された一対の電極とを有し、
該電圧印加部は、
該各画素行毎に、該各画素行に対応する複数の薄膜光学部材の一方の電極に電圧を印加する第1の電圧印加制御部と、
該各画素列毎に、該各画素列に対応する複数の薄膜光学部材の他方の電極に電圧を印加する第2の電圧印加制御部とを有し、
該光学部材で反射された反射光が、該光学部材の屈折率の変化により可視光である複数の基準色の光に分離されるよう、該光学部材への印加電圧を制御するものであり、
該液晶層における液晶の配向を、該反射部からの光の強度が変化するよう制御する画像表示装置。 - 表示部を備えた電子情報機器であって、
該表示部は、請求項1または請求項2に記載の画像表示装置を含む電子情報機器。
