Description
−接合要素の構成による分類:切断部分を有するクリンチングおよび切断部分を持たないクリンチング。
−母型の形状による分類:中実または開いた母型。
−工具の運動学による分類:1段階または複数段階によるクリンチング。
−(接合)ダイと対向工具(金床)との間のずれが、接続部13の品質を悪化させることがない。したがって、接合装置の精度への要求が少なくなる。
−時間のかかる設定作業を、なくすことができる。
−もはや母型の縁において破損が生じることがあり得ないため、摩耗が少なくなり、加工の信頼性が向上する。
−すべての接続作業に、同じ金床を使用することができる。従来からのクリンチングの場合と異なり、接続作業の変更の場合に、母型を交換する必要がもはやない。
−ジョイント接続部13が、従来からのクリンチングによってもたらされる接続部と比べ、より平坦であって邪魔にならない。
−薄板の厚さの変更が、工具を変更することなく可能であり、貴重な作業時間が確保される。
−材料の組み合わせの変更が、支出なしで行われる。
−母型なしのクリンチングは、工具セット当たりまたは(接合)ダイ当たりのクリンチング接続部または接合点の数を増加させる。
Claims (9)
- 第1の金属被加工物を第2の金属被加工物に接続するクリンチング接続部が、ダイ工具および対向工具による局所的な変形によって形成されてなる荷重に耐え得る鋼構造接続部の製造方法であって、
第1の金属被加工物および第2の金属被加工物の一方を他方の上に配置し、かつ第1の金属被加工物および第2の金属被加工物を対向工具の加工面上に整列させるステップと、
ダイ工具のダイを前進させるステップと、
ダイを、一方が他方の上に配置された2つの金属被加工物へと、局所的な変形によってクリンチング接続部が形成されるまで沈めるステップと、
ダイを引き抜くステップとを含み、
第1の金属被加工物が、第1の被加工物厚さを有し、第2の金属被加工物が、第2の被加工物厚さを有し、第1および第2の被加工物厚さを合わせて、8ミリメートルよりも厚い全体としての被加工物厚さをもたらしており、
ダイが、回転軸に関して回転対称であり、ダイの沈めの方向にフランク角度で細くなっている少なくとも2つの円錐形の遷移領域を有し、フランク角が、端面へとつながる下方の遷移領域の第1の角度部分と、上方の遷移領域の第2の角度部分とを有し、第1の角度部分が第2の角度部分よりも大きく、フランク角の第1の角度部分および第2の角度部分の両方がゼロ度以上であり、沈む際に、ダイの上方の遷移領域が、少なくとも部分的に金属被加工物へと沈められ、
ダイが、金属被加工片へ沈められるダイの長さである長さLを有する円錐形の遷移領域を有し、長さLが、全体としての金属被加工物厚さttに応じ、0.3tt≦L≦2ttであることを特徴とする、方法。 - 形鋼、鋼桁、鋼板、成形管、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウムまたは銅プレート、あるいは鋼製プレート形材が、第1の金属被加工物として使用され、鋼板、形鋼、成形管、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウムまたは銅プレート、あるいは鋼製プレート形材が、第2の金属被加工物として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の金属被加工物厚さが、第2の金属被加工物厚さよりも大きく、第1の金属被加工物厚さが、4ミリメートル以上であり、第2の金属被加工物厚さが、3ミリメートル以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ダイが、8ミリメートルよりも厚い全体としての金属被加工物厚さについて、10から35ミリメートルの間の直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記直径が、12から25ミリメートルの間にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 金属被加工物のクリンチング後の分離を可能にするために、ダイの引き抜き時にストリッパーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ストリッパーが、分離に先立って第1の金属被加工物の表面に向かって前進させられ、
分離の際に、ストリッパーによって金属被加工物に対してエジェクト力が加えられる一方で、反対の方向に作用する戻り行程力が、ダイを引き戻し、
エジェクト力が、8ミリメートルよりも厚い全体としての金属被加工物厚さについて、40kN以下であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 2つの同一なダイが、互いに隣接して配置されて、同時に使用され、
第1の金属被加工物が、ダイの沈めおよび引き抜きの後の2つの隣接するクリンチング接続部によって、第2の金属被加工物に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 合わせて8ミリメートルよりも厚い全体としての被加工物厚さをもたらす2つの金属被加工物から荷重に耐え得る鋼構造要素を製造するためのクリンチング工具であって、2つの金属被加工物が、少なくともクリンチング接続部によって共に接合され、
クリンチング工具が、フランク角を有する円錐形の遷移領域を有するダイを備え、フランク角が、端面へとつながる下方の遷移領域の第1の角度部分と、上方の遷移領域の第2の角度部分とを有し、第1の角度部分が第2の角度部分よりも大きく、フランク角の第1の角度部分および第2の角度部分の両方がゼロ度以上であり、沈む際に、ダイの上方の遷移領域が、少なくとも部分的に金属被加工物へと沈められ、ダイの金属被加工物側の端面が、金属被加工物側において、ダイの工具側の直径よりも小さい直径を有し、ダイが、金属被加工片へ沈められるダイの長さである長さLを有する円錐形の遷移領域を有し、長さLが、全体としての金属被加工物厚さttに応じ、0.3tt≦L≦2ttであることを特徴とする、クリンチング工具。
