Claims (6)
- 較正用の目標領域の治療前画像及びRF切除治療中に使用する前記目標領域の少なくとも1つの追加の画像を取得する超音波スキャナと、
前記目標領域に挿入されるRFプローブであって、前記RFプローブの先端の近くで前記目標領域を加熱するようにRF電流を生成する、当該RFプローブと、
前記RFプローブに電力供給するRFパワー生成器と、
前記治療前画像及び少なくとも1つの術中画像の比較に応じて前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在を示し、前記少なくとも1つの気泡の存在のインデックスに応答してフィードバック信号を生成する気泡検出器であって、前記RFパワー生成器が、前記フィードバック信号に応答して、熱によるキャビテーションを避けるように及び前記RF治療中の超音波撮像の品質を改良するように変更される、当該気泡検出器と、
を有するシステムであって、
前記変更が、前記RFプローブの少なくとも1つの先端に対するパワーの変更又はRFパワー生成器信号の一時的な消滅を含み、気泡が検出されない場合、前記気泡検出器は、熱電対測定値又はインピーダンス測定値を得るようにプロンプトし、前記熱電対又はインピーダンス測定値に基づいてRFパワーを調整し、前記RFプローブの位置が、前記品質を改良された超音波撮像により得られる前記術中画像を使用してガイドされることができる、システム。 - 前記気泡検出器が、受動型キャビテーション検出器、マイクロフォン及び聴診器からなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つを更に有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記気泡検出器が、エコー輝度の変化、複式撮像におけるドップラスペクトルの変化、及び非線形検出スキームを更に決定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記非線形検出スキームが、高調波信号及び分数調波信号を有する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在の検出が、閉ループフィードバックシステムにおいて少なくとも1つの事象を開始する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ユーザが、前記目標領域内の少なくとも1つの気泡の存在の検出を通知され、前記ユーザが、開ループフィードバックシステムにおいて少なくとも1つの事象を開始する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
