Claims (7)
- 中心部に形成され、第1の面から第2の面に突出形成される反応ガスチャンネル、及び前記第2の面に突出した前記反応ガスチャンネル間に形成される冷却水チャンネルからなるチャンネル部と、前記チャンネル部の4側面の枠に前記チャンネル部と一体に構成され、このうち互いに対面する2側面には前記第1の面と第2の面を貫通してそれぞれ形成されている開口部と、を含む金属本体部;及び高分子材質の分割部を有するガスケットであって、前記開口部の枠及びシーリングを必要とする部位に一体的に形成されるガスケットと、前記開口部を前記ガスケットの高分子材質の分割部で分割することで反応ガスと冷却水の供給及び排出のために分割された空間として設けられるマニホールド部と、を含むマニホールド―ガスケットアセンブリを含む燃料電池用金属分離板。
- 前記開口部は、
前記金属本体部の前記互いに対面する2側面のうち一側の枠部のみを残留させる形態で形成され、反応ガスと冷却水が流入する通路を提供する流入開口部;及び
前記金属本体部の前記互いに対面する2側面のうち他側の枠部のみを残留させる形態で形成され、前記反応ガスチャンネル及び前記冷却水チャンネルを介して流れ出る前記反応ガスと前記冷却水を排出させる排出開口部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用金属分離板。 - 前記マニホールド部は、前記開口部の枠に嵌められる形態で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用金属分離板。
- 前記チャンネル部と前記開口部との間に形成される前記マニホールド―ガスケットアセンブリに一体的に形成される反応ガス流出入ホールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用金属分離板。
- 前記反応ガス流出入ホールは、前記マニホールド部の第1の面と第2の面を「S」字状に貫通させるガス流出入構造を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料電池用金属分離板。
- 請求項1の金属分離板及び膜―電極接合体(MEA)の接合構造が複数積層されてなることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1の2個の金属分離板がそれぞれの第1の面が対向する形態で接合されている積層構造物;及び
前記積層構造物の上部に形成される膜―電極接合体を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
