Claims (2)
- 水で満たされる配管内に炭酸ガスを間欠的にまたは連続的に打ち込んで、該管内の水中に溶存した該炭酸ガスの発泡作用により該管の内部を洗浄する洗浄方法であって、液化した炭酸ガスを加熱して炭酸ガスを気化せしめる気化工程と、気化した炭酸ガスを加熱して炭酸ガスの体積を膨張せしめる膨張工程とを備え、前記炭酸ガスの体積を膨張させた状態で管内に打ち込む配管の洗浄方法において、前記気化工程は前記炭酸ガス気化時の温度を−10℃〜10℃とし、前記膨張工程は気化した炭酸ガスの温度を60℃〜80℃まで温めて体積比を20%〜30%膨張させることを特徴とする配管の洗浄方法。
- 炭酸ガスが充填されたガスボンベと、該ガスボンベより送り込まれた炭酸ガスを間欠的にまたは連続的に吐出させる分散機と、常時水で満たされている洗浄すべき管とを連通させる接続ホースとを備え、前記ガスボンベから流通管内に送られた液体の炭酸ガスを流通管ごと湯煎して炭酸ガスを気化せしめる気化器と、該気化器により気化された炭酸ガスの温度を高めて炭酸ガスの体積を膨張せしめる加温器とを備え、炭酸ガスの体積を膨張させた状態で管内に打ち込む配管の洗浄装置において、前記ガスボンベと前記気化器との間に、一定以上の圧力の炭酸ガスの流出を遮断する安全弁を備えると共に、前記気化器と前記加温器との間に、炭酸ガスの圧力を一定以下に減圧する減圧弁を備え、前記洗浄装置は、車両に搭載されていることを特徴とする配管の洗浄装置。
