Claims (14)
- 固体材料に円筒形貫通穴、盲穴、窪みを含む穴、及びテーパ状穴を開口するために、前記固体材料を切削するための軌道フライスツールであって、
切削部に隣接し、機械加工ツールに把持されるためのシャンク部と、
前記軌道フライスツールの先端に設けられた少なくとも1つの荒削り切刃と、前記軌道フライスツールの外周に、前記シャンク部側に前記荒削り切刃に隣接して設けられ、最外部が曲線状である複数の中仕上げ刃と、前記軌道フライスツールの外周に、前記シャンク部側に前記中仕上げ刃に隣接して設けられ、最外部が曲線状である複数の仕上げ刃と、を有する、前記切削部と、
を有する、軌道フライスツールであって、
前記複数の仕上げ刃の前記最外部の曲率中心は、前記軌道フライスツールの最外形の外部に位置し、
前記複数の中仕上げ部刃の前記最外部の曲率中心は、前記軌道フライスツールの最外形の内部に位置する、
前記軌道フライスツール。 - 前記中仕上げ刃の最大直径は、前記荒削り切刃より大きく、前記仕上げ刃より小さい、請求項1に記載のツール。
- 前記複数の中仕上げ刃は、第1過渡部によって、前記荒削り切刃から軸方向に離間している、請求項2に記載のツール。
- 前記複数の仕上げ刃は、第2過渡部によって、前記中仕上げ切刃から軸方向に離間している、請求項3に記載のツール。
- 前記第1過渡部は湾曲している、請求項3又は4に記載のツール。
- 前記第2過渡部は直線状である、請求項4又は5に記載のツール。
- 前記第2過渡部は湾曲している、請求項4又は5に記載のツール。
- 前記第2過渡部の長さはゼロである、請求項4又は5に記載のツール。
- チップブレーカを含む、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項記載に記載のツール。
- 前記切削部は、単一のフルートを有する、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項記載に記載のツール。
- 前記切削部は、複数のフルートを有する、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1項記載に記載のツール。
- 前記ツールは、ねじ山を切った穴をさらに含む前記開口を切削するためのものであり、
前記切削部は、前記切削部の上部からから突出し、ねじ山を切削するように構成された歯を含む、
