Description
本使用形態では、擬似血管同士を端側吻合(一方の血管の端部を、他方の血管の側部に吻合;図6参照)する訓練に本発明の外科手術トレーニング装置を用いる場合について述べる。
本使用形態では、擬似血管同士を端端吻合(一方の血管の端部と他方の血管の端部を吻合;図9参照)する訓練に本発明の外科手術トレーニング装置を用いる場合について述べる。
本使用形態では、第2の使用形態同様、擬似血管同士を端端吻合する訓練に本発明の外科手術トレーニング装置を用いる場合について述べる。但しここでは、第2の使用形態のように可動保持体で擬似血管を保持するのではなく、固定保持体で擬似血管を保持する例を示す。

Claims (5)
- 血管吻合術を模擬及び練習するための外科手術トレーニング装置であって、
支持台と、
第1の擬似血管を保持するための溝が設けられている固定保持体と、
前記第1の擬似血管に吻合される第2の擬似血管を保持する可動保持体と、を備え、
前記支持台は、
前記外科手術トレーニング装置の全体を支持して自立させる支持部と、
前記支持部の上方に配置されて前記可動保持体の一端が連結される連結部と、
前記連結部の上方に配置されて前記固定保持体を嵌め込むための凹部が形成されている固定保持体取付部と、を有し、
一端で前記連結部と連結される前記可動保持体は、他端で支持している前記第2の擬似血管の先端部を、前記第1の擬似血管における任意の位置に且つ前記第1の擬似血管の軸方向に対して任意の方向に移動可能にしたことを特徴とする外科手術トレーニング装置。 - 前記可動保持体は、前記第2の擬似血管の管孔内に保持軸部を挿通させて軸方向で固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術トレーニング装置。
- 前記固定保持体の前記溝は、前記第1の擬似血管の径サイズに応じて複数設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術トレーニング装置。
- 前記可動保持体は、多関節のフレキシブルアーム部を備えて前記第2の擬似血管を任意の位置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科手術トレーニング装置。
- 前記フレキシブルアーム部は、円柱の両端にボールを有するダンベル形状のコネクタ部材と、該コネクタ部材のボールが嵌合され、該ボールを回動自在に保持する円筒体と、から成る前記関節を複数連結させた構造であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外科手術トレーニング装置。
