Claims (10)
- 貫通孔および底部の半径方向に延長するディスプレーサフランジを有する実質的に円筒形のベース部、
上記フランジの真上にあって、上記ベース部の外面にそって上向きに延長して、上記ベース部を基材に取り付けるための第1アンダーカット、
上記第1アンダーカットの真上で上記外面に設けられた、上記上向き方向に収れんするランプ、
上記外面上にあって、上記ランプから上向きに延長してオーバー成形材料を保持する第2アンダーカット、
上記第2アンダーカットの上縁部にそって設けられた半径方向にくぼんだ円周方向歯からなり、上記ベース部の上部に設けられた軸方向に延長するセグメント化リング、および
上記ベース部から上向きに延長するオーバー成形した管状バレルを有し、上記バレルが上記第2アンダーカットを充填するとともに、上記セグメント化リングを取り囲み、そして上記バレルがさらに、上記貫通孔内部から下向きに延長し、上記フランジの底部と同じ高さにある点まで延長する円筒形内壁をもつ内側部分を有し、上記バレルの直径が上記ランプの直径より短いことを特徴とするスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記バレルの内壁が一定の直径を有し、このバレルが上記固定装置の上部にある開口から底部にある開口まで延長する請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記バレルの内壁にねじを形成した請求項2に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記ベース部から上記貫通孔の一部にそって上向きに延長する同軸端ぐりを有し、この端ぐりの直径を上記貫通孔よりも大きく設定した請求項2に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- さらに、上記バレルの外側部分が、上記バレルの上部から下向きに延長し、上記ランプに当接する底部縁部にそって延長し、そして上記ランプの少なくとも一部が円錐台形状で、上記固定装置の外面を形成する請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記フランジが多角形である請求項5に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記フランジが六角形である請求項6に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 上記バレルがプラスチックからなり、そして上記ベース部が金属からなる請求項4に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置。
- 平面シートの孔の側壁へのクリンチ取り付けによってこのシートに固着した請求項4に記載のスタンドオフ式固定装置からなり、上記シートの材料が上記第1アンダーカットに充填された部品集合体。
- 上記フランジの底部が上記シートの下面と同じ高さにある請求項9に記載の部品集合体。
