Claims (12)
- ハウジングと、ハウジング内に配置された接続組立体とを具備する建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱であって、
前記ハウジングは、互いに対向する第1側壁、該第1側壁を接続する第2側壁、開口面、並びに前記第1側壁及び前記第2側壁を接続する底壁を有し、
前記第1側壁は、前記第2側壁よりも高い延長部を有し、この結果、太陽電池パネルの一縁部は、前記接続箱が前記太陽電池パネルの一縁部に実装されると、前記延長部間に挟持され、
前記接続組立体は、導電レールと、外部ケーブル及び太陽電池パネルのリード線を電気的に接続すると共にそれぞれ固定するためのばねクランプと、前記導電レール及び前記ばねクランプを保持する絶縁性シャーシとをさらに具備することを特徴とする建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。 - 前記第2側壁を超えた前記第1側壁の前記延長部は、前記開口面に配置され、
前記底壁は前記開口面とは反対側にあり、
前記開口面には少なくとも1個の開口があることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。 - 前記開口面は前記第1側壁の前記延長部から離間しており、
前記底壁は前記開口面とは反対側にあり、
前記開口面は閉鎖カバーにより閉塞されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。 - 前記延長部は、少なくとも1対の顎部を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記顎部の各々は、該顎部の末端で内面に形成されたフック部を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記第2側壁の少なくとも一方は、外部ケーブルが前記ハウジングを貫通することができると共に該ハウジング内の前記接続組立体に接続することができるスルーホールを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記底壁は、前記太陽電池パネルのリード線が通過することができるスルーホールを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記接続箱は、前記第2側壁の少なくとも一方の外面に形成された筒状のケーブルソケットをさらに具備し、
該ケーブルソケットは、該ケーブルソケットの軸線方向に沿って延びると共に前記接続組立体に接続されるよう、前記第2側壁の少なくとも一方を気密状態で貫通するピンを内部に有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。 - 前記接続組立体は、前記太陽電池パネルのリード線を介して前記太陽電池パネルと直列又は並列に接続された過電流保護用バイパスダイオードをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記接続組立体の部品は、空間を節約するために一列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は9記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 少なくとも1個の前記ばねクランプは、該ばねクランプの背面を前記ハウジングの前記第1側壁の一方に対面させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
- 前記接続組立体は、各々が1本の前記導電レール及び複数の前記ばねクランプを具備する2組のサブ組立体を具備し、
前記2組のサブ組立体は互いに同じ形状であり、前記ハウジングの前記底壁に直交するハウジング中心軸に対して回転対称であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物一体型太陽光発電用接続箱。
