Claims (9)
- 流体を入力ポートから出力ポートに流通させる流体通路が形成されたハウジングと、ソレノイドの励磁状態に基づいて変位して前記流体通路を開閉する可動部材と、を備えるソレノイドポンプであって、
前記流体通路は、前記入力ポートに連通する入力側通路と、前記出力ポートに連通する出力側通路と、前記入力側通路及び前記出力側通路に連通するとともに前記ハウジングと前記可動部材の先端部とによって囲まれた空間からなるポンプ室と、を含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記ポンプ室と連通し前記可動部材に向かって拡径するテーパ形状に形成された前記出力側通路の開口部と、前記出力側通路の開口部を包囲する固定壁とを有し、
前記可動部材は、前記固定壁と対向する当接部と、前記出力側通路の開口部のテーパ形状と係合する凸部と、前記ハウジングに固定される外周縁部とを有するダイヤフラムを先端部に備え、前記変位にともなって前記ポンプ室と前記出力側通路との連通を開閉する構成であり、且つ閉塞状態において前記当接部が前記固定壁に密着することを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記固定壁及び前記当接部は、平坦状に形成されていることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記ダイヤフラムは、弾性力を備えるとともに前記当接部と前記外周縁部とを連結する膜部を有し、
前記可動部材は、前記膜部における前記ポンプ室を臨む面と反対側の面を支持する支持部を備えることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項3記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記支持部は、前記ダイヤフラムによる前記流体通路の閉塞状態において、前記反対側の面の傾斜に沿うテーパ形状に形成されていることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項3又は4記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記可動部材の先端部に取り付けられる取付部を有し、
前記支持部は、リング状に形成され、前記取付部の側周面を囲うように取り付けられていることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記入力側通路には、前記入力ポートから前記ポンプ室に前記流体を流通させ、一方、前記ポンプ室から前記入力ポートに前記流体が流通することを遮断する入力側チェック弁が設けられ、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記入力側チェック弁の先端弁部に対向する係合部を備え、
前記先端弁部は、前記ダイヤフラムによる前記流体通路の閉塞状態において、前記係合部により閉塞されることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項6記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記係合部は、前記ダイヤフラムに一体形成されていることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記可動部材の後端部と対向する位置には、前記可動部材の変位における変位量を調節する変位量調節機構が設けられていることを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。 - 請求項8記載のソレノイドポンプにおいて、
前記変位量調節機構は、前記可動部材の変位方向に沿って調節用雌ねじが形成された固定部材と、前記調節用雌ねじに螺合して固定部材に対し軸線方向に移動可能となった調節用ボルトと、によって構成され、
前記調節用ボルトは、前記可動部材側に最も移動した状態で前記可動部材側の端部が前記固定部材から突出することを特徴とするソレノイドポンプ。
