Claims (10)
- 釉薬被覆の化学反応装置の全内容物を密閉および完全流出するための釉薬被覆の交換可能な集合体であり、
・前額面(7)に画定された出口用孔部(6)の外部に固定され、
・分厚いフランジ型の出口(5)、または管状出口(4)を有する、新品または既存の釉薬被覆の化学反応装置用に設計され、
・可動弁(8)を含む閉鎖装置を包含する密閉および完全流出集合体を形成し、
前記化学反応装置を空にする、または内容物を完全流出するために、前記可動弁(8)の頭部(10)の上方移動によって開放し、一方で、前記頭部(10)が下方へ移動し、取り外し可能な完全流出用部材(11)に、前記頭部(10)の下部底面の密閉面を圧迫することにより、前記頭部(10)が前記出口孔部(6)を密閉し、
前記完全流出用部材(11)が中央開口部および円錐形凹部(21)を形成する中央くぼみ形状を備え、環状で扁平である、
集合体において、
密閉及び完全流出を保証する完全流出用部材(11)は、化学反応装置の出口用孔部(6)の下部にある流出集合体の連結同様、支承部材(12)により、前額面(7)に対してきつく圧迫し、
前記前額面(7)は出口用孔部(6)の外部の範囲を定め、
前記支承部材(12)は、機械的集合体に完全流出用部材(11)が挟み込まれ、固定及び外部からの密閉を同時に得るように、完全流出用部材(11)を前額面(7)に対して配置し、
完全流出用部材(11)は、完全排出用の中央開口部(25)を有する扁平環状パッキンであり、その形状が、上方部分に、釉薬被覆化学反応装置の内容物の完全排出を可能にする、2つの連続する下向きの円錐形の傾斜部を有する円錐形の凹部を成し、
2つの下向きの円錐形傾斜部が、底から頂点に向かって順に、第1の傾斜部(23)及び第2の傾斜(24)を含み、前記第2の傾斜部が完全流出を可能にし、第2の傾斜部よりも急な傾斜を有する前記第1の傾斜部が、中央開口部(25)及び、接触することできつい密閉を可能にする、前記頭部(10)の外表面部のための台座区域、を画定する肩部を形成すること
を特徴とする集合体。 - 中央開口部(25)の内部を画定している第1の傾斜部(23)が第2の傾斜部ほど幅が広くないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 密閉のための、完全流出用部材(11)の円錐形凹部(21)と、前記可動弁(8)の頭部(10)の外周部との間の接触区域が、前記外周部の一部にしか広がっていないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の集合体。
- 前記可動弁(8)の頭部(10)がその基部に、円錐形面(22)を有しており、同円錐形面が完全流出用部材(11)の第1の傾斜部(23)に対して押しつけられることで密閉をもたらすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排出用集合体。
- 円錐形の二重傾斜部が、密閉のための接触で前記頭部(10)の下方部分を受ける中央開口部(25)の上方縁部になる円錐形の第1の傾斜部(23)からなっており、この第1の傾斜部(23)がもっとゆるい傾斜度の円錐形形状である第2の傾斜(24)に同心円的に取り囲まれていて、完全流出用傾斜部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 完全流出用部材(11)が金属製芯部(30)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排出用集合体。
- 完全流出用部材(11)が、上方と下方の面のそれぞれに一つずつ、強化区域または周縁環状部材の形で、外方環状骨組み(27)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排出用集合体。
- 完全流出用部材(11)が、火災の場合に、排出用要素の密閉性の維持時間を延ばすことを目的としている防炎金属製周縁冠(38)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排出用集合体。
- 防炎金属製周縁冠(38)が、肩部の縁部(39)で上方に向かって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1または8に記載の排出用集合体。
- 完全流出用部材(11)になる環状パッキンが、排出用集合体の本体(13)の前記支承部材(12)によって、前記出口孔部(6)の内側縁部に、密閉のために押しつけられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排出用集合体。
