- 前記サポートは、前記サポート(12)の表面(14,16)の一方の上に、前記回収ゾーン(10a−10d)を前記ギャップゾーン(18)で分断するための手段(42、44)を備えている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記サポート(12)は平板の形態である請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記サポート(12)は、回収ゾーン(10,20)、及びそれらを分断するための手段(42,44)を備えている場合は該手段(42,44)を除いて、第1及び第2の主要な平坦な表面(14,16)を備えている請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記サポート(12)はプラスチックである請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記サポート(12)はシリコンである請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記突起(24)の高さは10μmから400μmの間であり、前記突起(24)の表面積は3×3μm 2 及び80×80μm 2 の間である請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記突起(24)はその幅が50μmより小さいスペース(26)によって分離されている請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記突起(24)は六角または八角の断面を有している請求項1ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 回収ゾーンの前記下部壁(22)及び/または前記突起(24)はマイクロビーズで覆われている請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロビーズは官能化されている請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記官能化はシリル化された官能基によって表面に結合された触媒の存在を備えている請求項1、2,3,4または16に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置(6)、及びガイドスリーブ(2)を備えているサンプリングシステム(1)。
- 複数の突起(24)を備えている下部壁(22)が備えられた少なくとも一つの回収ゾーン(10)が存在する体の組織または他の要素と接触する少なくとも一つの表面(14)を有しているサポート(12)を具備したマイクロテクノロジー装置を用いて、体の組織または他の要素の上または中の細胞をサンプリングするための方法であって、
一つの回収ゾーンの前記下部壁(22)及び/または前記突起物(24)は官能化されており、
前記装置は、ハンドリングロッド(7)をさらに備えており、前記サポート(12)は前記ロッドの一つの先端に取り付けられることができ、前記サポートは前記ロッドから分断可能であり、
