Description

マルチキャスト送信機のアドレスフィールドと、
前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答するように要求されている宛先を指定するビットと
を含むフォーマットを有する、装置である。
Claims (10)
- マルチキャストディジタルメッセージを受信する受信機と、
受信した前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージを処理するデバイスと
を有する装置であって、マルチキャストリクエストトゥセンドメッセージである前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージは、
媒体が予約されている時間期間を指定する継続期間フィールドと、
マルチキャスト受信機のアドレスフィールドと、
マルチキャスト送信機のアドレスフィールドと、
前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答するように要求されている宛先を指定するビットと
を含むフォーマットを有し、
宛先の受信機を指定する前記ビットは、オフセット(N)を含む第1のフィールドと、特定の宛先の受信機に対応しかつ前記オフセットに対するビット位置(i)を示すビットマップを含む第2のフィールドとを有し、16×N+iの関連識別子を有する宛先の受信機が指定された場合、指定された宛先の受信機は前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答するように要求され、
応答するように要求された前記宛先の受信機は、各自が応答するために指定されているタイムスロットにより前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答する、装置。 - 前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージが、マルチキャストデータを受信するための通信媒体の予約時間に対するマルチキャストリクエストトゥセンドメッセージを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 宛先を指定する前記ビットが、
1つの宛先を指定するフィールドを複数個、又は
オフセットを有する第1フィールド及び該オフセットに関連する宛先を示す第2フィールド
の内の何れかを含む、請求項1記載の装置。 - 複数の前記フィールドの各々が宛先識別子を含み、該宛先識別子は、関連識別子及び媒体アクセス制御アドレスの内の何れかを含む、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記フォーマットがフレーム制御フィールドをさらに含み、前記フレーム制御フィールドはフレームタイプ識別子を含み、前記継続期間フィールドは、通信媒体の予約時間を表す情報を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージをプロセッサに処理させるコンピュータ命令を有するコンピュータプログラムの記憶装置であって、前記コンピュータ命令は、
前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージに含まれている、継続期間フィールドと、マルチキャスト受信機のアドレスフィールドと、マルチキャスト送信機のアドレスフィールドとを処理するステップ、及び
前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答するように要求されている宛先の受信機を指定しかつ前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージに含まれているビットを処理するステップ
を前記プロセッサに処理させ、
宛先の受信機を指定する前記ビットは、オフセット(N)を含む第1のフィールドと、特定の宛先の受信機に対応しかつ前記オフセットに対するビット位置(i)を示すビットマップを含む第2のフィールドとを有し、16×N+iの関連識別子を有する宛先の受信機が指定された場合、指定された宛先の受信機は前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答するように要求され、
応答するように要求された前記宛先の受信機は、各自が応答するために指定されているタイムスロットにより前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージに応答する、記憶装置。 - 前記マルチキャストディジタルメッセージが、マルチキャストデータを受信するために通信媒体の予約時間に対するマルチキャストリクエストトゥセンドメッセージを含む、請求項6記載の記憶装置。
- 宛先を指定するビットが、
1つの宛先を指定するフィールドを複数個、又は
オフセットを有する第1フィールド及び該オフセットに関連する宛先を示す第2フィールド
の内の何れかを含む、請求項6記載の記憶装置。 - 複数の前記フィールドの各々が宛先識別子を含み、該宛先識別子は、関連識別子及び媒体アクセス制御アドレスの内の何れかを含む、請求項8記載の記憶装置。
- 前記受信したマルチキャストディジタルメッセージがフレーム制御フィールドをさらに含み、前記フレーム制御フィールドはフレームタイプ識別子を含み、前記継続期間フィールドは、通信媒体の予約時間を表す情報を含む、請求項6記載の記憶装置。
