Claims (4)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に備えられて反射膜を含む第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に備えられた正孔注入層と、
前記正孔注入層上に備えられた正孔輸送層と、
前記正孔輸送層上に備えられた発光層と、
前記発光層上に備えられた電子注入輸送層と、
前記電子注入輸送層上に備えられて半透過反射物質からなる第2電極と、
隣接する層より屈折率が小さい有機物からなる調節層と、を備え、
前記正孔注入層は、第1正孔注入層及び第2正孔注入層を備え、
前記調節層は、前記第1正孔注入層と前記第2正孔注入層との間に介在され、
前記反射膜と前記第2電極との距離Dは、共振条件を満たすため、次の式2の範囲を持ち、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の各層の厚さは、前記式2の距離Dを合せられるように設定されることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。
- 前記発光層から前記第2電極の方向に画像を具現することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板上に反射膜を含む第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極上に正孔注入層を形成する工程と、
前記正孔注入層上に正孔輸送層を形成する工程と、
前記正孔輸送層上に発光層を形成する工程と、
前記発光層上に電子注入輸送層を形成する工程と、
前記電子注入輸送層上に半透過反射物質からなる第2電極を形成する工程と、
隣接する層より屈折率が小さい有機物からなる調節層を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記正孔注入層は、第1正孔注入層及び第2正孔注入層を備え、
前記調節層は、前記第1正孔注入層の形成工程と前記第2正孔注入層の形成工程との間の工程で形成され、
前記反射膜と前記第2電極との距離Dは、共振条件を満たすため、次の式2の範囲を持つように形成され、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の各層の厚さは、前記式2の距離Dを合せられるように形成されることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記調節層の形成工程は、前記調節層を形成する有機物を前記基板が蒸着方向に対して鋭角をなすように傾いた状態で蒸着する工程であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
