Claims (17)
- 缶、前記缶上部のキャッププレート、及び前記キャッププレートから突出する電極端子を含むベアセルと、
前記ベアセル上部の保護回路モジュールを含み、
前記保護回路モジュールは、
回路基板と、
前記回路基板の前記ベアセルと向かい合う面に連結された温度感応素子と、
前記回路基板、前記電極端子、及び前記温度感応素子に電気的に連結された第1リードプレートを含む、二次電池。 - 前記第1リードプレートは、
前記回路基板に結合された第1平坦部、
前記電極端子に連結された第2平坦部、及び
前記第1平坦部と前記第2平坦部の間に位置し、前記第1平坦部と前記第2平坦部を連結する連結部を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記連結部は、前記第1平坦部及び前記第2平坦部に対して垂直な状態で位置する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記連結部の、前記第1平坦部から前記第2平坦部へ向かう方向の長さは、前記温度感応素子の高さと同じである、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記回路基板は、前記キャッププレートから離隔された、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記回路基板と前記キャッププレートに連結された第2リードプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記回路基板と前記キャッププレートに連結された第3リードプレートをさらに含む請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2リードプレート及び前記第3リードプレートは、それぞれ、第1平坦部、第2平坦部、及び前記第1平坦部と前記第2平坦部の間に位置し前記第1平坦部と前記第2平坦部を連結する連結部を含む、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2リードプレート及び前記第3リードプレートの前記第1平坦部は、前記回路基板に接触し、
前記第2リードプレート及び前記第3リードプレートの前記第2平坦部は、前記キャッププレートに接触する、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1リードプレートは、溶接又は熱伝導性接着剤によって前記温度感応素子に連結される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレートは、金属を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記回路基板上に電界効果トランジスタをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電界効果トランジスタは、前記キャッププレートから離隔された、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記第1リードプレートに整列された開口を具備する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1リードプレート及び前記電極端子は、前記開口に対応する領域で溶接された、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度感応素子は、チップ温度感応素子サーミスタを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度感応素子は、温度感応素子、温度ヒューズ、又は陰性温度素子を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
