Description
Claims (9)
- 耐磨耗層(16)が形成された鋳鉄製管状ケーシング(10)を有するスクリュースピンドル機において、
前記耐磨耗層(16)は、当該耐磨耗層の外周形状に応じた鋼鉄製シェル(20)のカプセルに包まれていることを特徴とするスクリュースピンドル機。 - 前記シェル(20)のカプセルに包まれた前記耐磨耗層(16)は、接着剤により前記ケーシング(10)内に固定されている請求項1に記載のスクリュースピンドル機。
- 前記耐磨耗層(16)は、主として炭化珪素SiCにより構成されている請求項1又は2に記載のスクリュースピンドル機。
- 前記耐磨耗層(16)は、当該耐磨耗層の電気伝導度を増加させる添加剤を含む請求項3に記載のスクリュースピンドル機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法であって、
壁面が耐磨耗層(16)で形成された中空体を形成する工程と、
前記耐磨耗層(16)の外周形状に応じた断面形状を有する鋼鉄シェル(20)を形成する工程と、
前記シェル(20)を加熱する工程と、
前記シェル(20)を前記耐磨耗層(16)に押し込む工程と、
前記シェル(20)を冷却して前記耐磨耗層(16)に収縮フィットさせる工程と、
前記シェル(20)にて覆われた前記耐磨耗層(16)を鋳鉄製筒状ケーシング(10)に挿入する工程と、を備えるスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法であって、
壁面が耐磨耗層(16)で形成された中空体を形成する工程と、
前記耐磨耗層(16)の外周形状に応じた断面形状を有する鋼鉄シェル(20)を形成する工程と、
前記シェル(20)を前記耐磨耗層(16)に押し込む工程と、
前記シェル(20)を前記耐磨耗層(16)に加圧フィットさせる工程と、
前記シェル(20)にて覆われた前記耐磨耗層(16)を鋳鉄製筒状ケーシング(10)に挿入する工程と、を備えるスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法。 - 前記シェル(20)は、接着剤により前記ケーシング(10)に固定される請求項5又は6に記載のスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法。
- 前記耐磨耗層(16)の内側表面は、前記シェル(20)をフィットさせたのちに浸食加工される請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法。
- 前記耐磨耗層(16)の内側表面は、前記シェル(20)をフィットさせたのちに機械仕上げ加工が施される請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュースピンドル機の製造方法。
