Claims (7)
- ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)の間に配置され、前記ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)に回転可能に支持される複数のネジ式スピンドルを受容する流体チャンバ(16)を形成する金属製の中間ハウジング部(12)と、
前記中間ハウジング部に接着され、前記流体チャンバ(16)の内壁上に前記ネジ式スピンドルの耐摩耗性走行面を形成するとともに、前記中間ハウジング部(12)の内面とで接着ギャップ(20)を形成するセラミックスのインサート(18)と、
前記中間ハウジング部(12)の外面から前記接着ギャップ(20)へ通じる少なくとも1つの充填チャネル(26)と、を備え、
前記充填チャネル(26)は、前記ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)に隣接する前記中間ハウジング部(12)の端部から延在し、
最終的に組み立てられた状態において、前記充填チャネル(26)の外側の開口部が前記ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)によって覆われることを特徴とするネジ式スピンドル機。 - 前記中間ハウジング部(12)の中央部側の接着ギャップ(20)の断面は、両端部側の断面よりも拡径され、
前記充填チャネル(26)は、前記接着ギャップ(20)の拡径された外面に切り込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。 - 前記充填チャネル(26)は、前記中間ハウジング部(12)の芯出し部(22)の端面から延在し、前記ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)は、前記芯出し部に差し込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。
- 前記中間ハウジング部(12)の前記充填チャネル(26)が配置されている端部に環状のシール材(30)が設けられ、
前記シール材は、前記流体チャンバ(16)の端部と前記充填チャネル(26)の端部とを包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。 - 前記接着ギャップ(20)と連通する排気チャネル(28)が、前記ハウジングエンドキャップ(24)の一方に隣接する前記中間ハウジング部(12)の端部から延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。
- 前記充填チャネル(26)と前記排気チャネル(28)は、前記中間ハウジング部(12)の互いに反対側の端部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。
- 前記充填チャネル(26)と前記排気チャネル(28)は、前記流体チャンバ(16)の互いに対向する頂点に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のネジ式スピンドル機。
