Description
a) 1種又は2種以上の有機系ポリマーが分散されている1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエーテル系プレポリマー;
b) 23℃において固体である1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエステル系プレポリマー;
c) 公称官能価が約3以上の1種又は2種以上のポリイソシアネート;
d) 当該組成物の誘電定数が約15以下であるような量の1種又は2種以上の導電性カーボンブラック;及び
e) イソシアネート部分とヒドロキシル基との反応のための1種又は2種以上の触媒;
を含んで成る組成物であって、
硬化時の、ASTM D4065に従って測定した25℃におけるモジュラス2.0 MPa以上;誘電定数約15以下;未硬化試料の垂れ2 mm未満;加圧流粘度約20〜約50秒、及び貯蔵モジュラス約5.3×105 Pa以上を示す組成物である。
ii) 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の組成物を、交換用ウィンドウに、又は、該車両内に該ウィンドウを保持するように適合された該車両のフランジに適用し;
iii) 該車両のフランジ及び該交換用ウィンドウを、該交換用ウィンドウと該車両のフランジとの間に配置された組成物と接触させ;そして
iv) 該接着剤を硬化させる、
ことを含んで成る車両のウィンドウを交換する方法である。
平均分子量2,000のポリオキシプロピレンジオール980 gと、平均分子量4,500のポリオキシプロピレントリオール595 gと、平均分子量5,400のスチレンアクリロニトリル分散型ポリオキシプロピレントリオール455 gとを混合することにより、ポリエーテルポリウレタンプレポリマーを調製した。混合物を48℃まで加熱することにより、反応器内で混合を実施した。混合物に、ジフェニルメタン-4,4'-ジイソシアネート 320 gとオクタン酸錫0.17 gとを添加した。次いで混合物全体を80℃で1時間にわたって反応させた。最後に、混合物に1120 gのジアルキルフタレート可塑剤を添加し、そして混合を1時間にわたって続けた。
ジフェニルメタン-4,4'-ジイソシアネート(MDI) 150 gを反応容器に装入し、そして48℃まで加熱することにより、ポリエステルポリウレタン・プレポリマーを調製した。次いで、溶融線状ポリエステルジオール(Dynacol 7360)850 gをゆっくり添加し、そして、最大許容温度88℃で30分間にわたって反応させておいた。
ジアルキルフタレート可塑剤175 gを反応容器に装入し、そして48℃まで加熱することにより、ポリエステルポリウレタン・プレポリマーを調製した。これに、ジフェニルメタン-4,4'-ジイソシアネート108 gを添加して混合することにより、MDIが溶融されることを保証した。次いで、溶融線状コポリエステルジオール(Dynacol 7330)717 gをゆっくり添加し、そして、30分間にわたって反応させておいた。最大限許容温度は88℃である。使用されたポリエステルが示した融点は80〜85℃であった。
下記表1に挙げられた原材料百分率を使用して、下記配合手順に従って、接着剤の全てを形成した。種々異なる配合物間の変化は、配合温度だけである。ポリエステル・プレポリマーを含まない接着剤は室温で配合し、その他に関しては、ポリエステルポリウレタン・プレポリマーの場合、混合物容器を55℃まで加熱した。
G-モジュラス:完全に硬化された接着剤の剪断モジュラスを、10パーセント歪み及び20パーセント歪みでInstronによって測定した。重ね剪断試料を5 mm×10 mm×1mmの寸法で形成し、そして試験前に完全に硬化させた。
Hewlett Packard 4396A Network/Spectrum Analyzer PCを使用して、DIN 53482試験の通り、完全硬化された接着剤の誘電定数を測定した。
Claims (4)
- 以下を含んで成る組成物:
a) 1種又は2種以上の有機系ポリマーが分散されている1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエーテル系プレポリマー;
b) 当該組成物の100重量部を基準として1〜5重量部の量の、23℃において固体である1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエステル系プレポリマー;
c) 公称官能価が3以上の1種又は2種以上のポリイソシアネート;
d) 当該組成物の誘電定数が15以下であるような量の1種又は2種以上の導電性カーボンブラック;及び
e) イソシアネート部分とヒドロキシル基との反応のための1種又は2種以上の触媒;
当該組成物は、硬化時の、ASTM D4065に従って測定した25℃におけるモジュラス2.0 MPa以上;誘電定数15以下;未硬化試料の垂れ2 mm未満;加圧流粘度20〜50、及び貯蔵モジュラス5.3×105 Pa以上を示す。 - a) 該1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエーテル系プレポリマーが、25〜55重量部の量で存在し;
b) 該1種又は2種以上のイソシアネート官能性ポリエステル系プレポリマーが、2〜5重量部の量で存在し;
c) 該1種又は2種以上の多官能性イソシアネートが、1〜8重量部の量で存在し;
d) 該1種又は2種以上の導電性カーボンブラックが、10〜18重量部の量で存在し;
e) イソシアネート部分とヒドロキシル基との反応のための該1種又は2種以上の触媒が、0.005〜2重量部の量で存在し;ここで、前記百分率は、該組成物の100重量部を基準とする、
請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 2つ又は3つ以上の基体を、それらの基体が接触する領域の少なくとも一部に沿って配置された請求項1又は2に記載の組成物で、一緒に接触させることを含む、2つ又は3つ以上の基体を一緒に結合する方法。
- i) 車両からウィンドウを取り外し;
ii) 請求項1又は2に記載の組成物を、交換用ウィンドウに、又は該車両内に該ウィンドウを保持するように適合された該車両のフランジに適用し;
iii) 該車両のフランジ及び該交換用ウィンドウを、該交換用ウィンドウと該車両のフランジとの間に配置された組成物と接触させ;そして
iv) 該接着剤を硬化させる、
ことを含んで成る車両のウィンドウを交換する方法。
