Description
本発明は、内燃機関に対する噴射システムの燃料調量ユニットにおける障害を求めるための方法に関する。本発明は更に、内燃機関に対する装置、殊に制御装置、並びに本発明を実施するためのコンピュータプログラムに関する。
それ故に本発明の課題は、燃料調量ユニットの電流回路における障害を検知することができる方法を提供することである。
次に本発明の実施例を添付図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関(2)に対する噴射システム(1)の燃料調量ユニット(7)における障害を求める方法において、
a) 燃料調量ユニット(7)のアクチュエータにかかる電圧である第1の信号の勾配、および、燃料調量ユニット(7)のアクチュエータを流れる電流である第2の信号の勾配を決定するステップと、
b) 前記第1の信号の勾配および第2の信号の勾配が時間ウィンドウ内で反対方向であるときに障害を識別するステップとを有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップb)において前記第1の信号の勾配が時間ウィンドウ内において正でありかつ第2の信号の勾配が時間ウィンドウ内において負であるときに障害を識別する
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記障害は、前記アクチュエータの電流回路の少なくとも一時的に中断される電流回路である
請求項1または2項記載の方法。 - 内燃機関(2)に対する噴射システム(1)の燃料調量ユニット(7)における障害を求める手段を備えた、内燃機関に対する装置、殊に制御装置において、
燃料調量ユニット(7)のアクチュエータにかかる電圧である第1の信号の勾配、および、燃料調量ユニット(7)のアクチュエータを流れる電流である第2の信号の勾配が決定され、
前記第1の信号の勾配および第2の信号の勾配が時間ウィンドウ内で反対方向であるときに障害が識別される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - プログラムがコンピュータにおいて実施されるとき、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のすべてのステップを実施するためのプログラムコードを備えたコンピュータプログラム。
