Claims (5)
- 容器の開口部に封着されるホルダと、ゴム状弾性材料からなる弁体とを備え、前記ホルダに、前記容器の外側へ向けて突出した取付軸が一体に形成されると共に通気口が開設され、前記弁体が、中央穴において前記取付軸に開弁圧より大きな締め付け圧力で密嵌されると共に、傘型をなして前記通気口を前記容器の外側から覆うように前記ホルダに接離可能に密接されたことを特徴とする圧力開放弁。
- 取付軸の根元の外周に弁体の位置決めのための大径段差部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力開放弁。
- 容器の開口部に封着されるホルダと、ゴム状弾性材料からなる弁体と、前記弁体を前記ホルダに固定する取付軸とを備え、前記取付軸が、すり割りによって分割され径方向への弾性を有する脚部及びこの脚部の端部外周に形成された被係止突条を有し、前記被係止突条が、前記ホルダに開設された通気口に、前記脚部の弾性復帰力によって係止され、前記弁体が、中央穴において前記取付軸に抜け止め状態に密嵌されると共に、傘型をなして前記通気口を前記容器の外側から覆うように前記ホルダに接離可能に密接されたことを特徴とする圧力開放弁。
- ホルダが熱可塑性樹脂材料からなり、取付軸が熱硬化性樹脂材料からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力開放弁。
- ホルダが相対的に融点の低い熱可塑性樹脂材料からなり、取付軸が相対的に融点の高い熱可塑性樹脂材料からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力開放弁。
