Claims (9)
- 複数のセル容器に分割されるバッテリ収納部を有し、電極板積層体を形成するように互いに平行に積み重ねられ、セパレータによって互いに分離される多数の正電極板と負電極板を有し、前記セル容器を封止体で密閉する下側カバー(8)を有し、前記下側カバー(8)は、前記セル容器用の開口(9)を有し、前記開口(9)は、前記下側カバー(8)に嵌合するガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)に通じている蓄電池(6)であって、
環状の突出部(18)が、前記下側カバー(8)に近接する各開口に一体に形成され、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)は、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)を前記下側カバー(8)にクランプするための結合機構手段(12、21、22)を有し、これにより、前記突出部(18)は、表面圧力によって前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)に対して前記開口(9)を封止することを特徴とする蓄電池(6)。 - 前記突出部(18)に対応する封止体が、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記突出部(18)は封止体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記封止体は、軟質の封止リングであることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記封止体は、2成分プロセスを用いて成形されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)は、基底部(4)と上部部分(11)との間に空洞を有し、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステムを形成する偏向ウェブ(3)が前記基底部(4)と前記上部部分(11)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記下側カバー(8)の各開口(9)内で係合するために、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)の前記基底部(4)上の前記空洞から下向きに突き出る、ばね式スナップ作用フック(12、22)であって、前記フックの長さが、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)が前記下側カバー(8)に嵌合するときに、前記開口(9)内に突き出るばね式スナップ作用フック(12、22)が前記下側カバー(8)と係止し、前記開口(9)を封止するための表面圧力を保証するような、長さ寸法である、前記ばね式スナップ作用フック(12、22)によって特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記下側カバー(8)の前記開口(9)は、前記セル容器の内側に突き出る管状接続スタッドを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電池(6)。
- 前記セル容器から上向きに離れて延び、固定タブ(19)および/または掛止溝(23)を有し、前記下側カバー(8)上に位置する壁部(20)であって、この壁部(20)は、対応するばね式スナップ作用フック(12、22)および/または掛止タブ(21)によって、前記ガス抜きチャネルシステム(1)を前記下側カバー(8)にクランプすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電池(6)。
