Claims (4)
- ワイヤレスで給電回路から受電回路へ電力を送信するワイヤレス電力伝送装置の、前記給電回路及び受電回路にそれぞれ設けられる通信コイルの構造において、
比誘電率が1よりも大きい材質のプリント基板と、
前記プリント基板の第1の層に設けられ、少なくとも1ループをなす導電パターンで形成された一次コイルと、
前記プリント基板の第2の層に設けられ、渦巻き形状をなす導電パターンで形成された共鳴コイルと、を備え、
前記プリント基板は、前記導電パターンの中央部が切り欠かれ、この切り欠かれた部分に、磁性体を設けたことを特徴とするワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。 - ワイヤレスで給電回路から受電回路へ電力を送信するワイヤレス電力伝送装置の、前記給電回路及び受電回路にそれぞれ設けられる通信コイルの構造において、
比誘電率が1よりも大きい材質のプリント基板と、
前記プリント基板の第1の層に設けられ、少なくとも1ループをなす導電パターンで形成された一次コイルと、
前記プリント基板の、前記第1の層とは異なる複数の層にそれぞれ設けられた1ループをなす導電パターン、及び互いに隣接する層に設けられた導電パターンを端部どうしで接続する層間接続ホールからなる共鳴コイルと、を備え、
前記プリント基板は、前記導電パターンの中央部が切り欠かれ、この切り欠かれた部分に、磁性体を設けたことを特徴とするワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。 - 前記導電パターンは、銅箔パターンに銀メッキを施して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
- 前記第1の層の、前記第2の層とは反対側となる層を、反磁性体の材質で構成されるアース層としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレス電力伝送装置の通信コイル構造。
