Claims (13)
- 自動車トランスミッション用のパーキングロック操作装置(1)であって、並進移動するように構成され、かつパーキングロック爪に機械的に結合された調節デバイス(6)と、前記パーキングロック爪を係入解除位置で固定するための、前記調節デバイス(6)に作用する保定デバイス(8、10、11、12)とを備える操作装置(1)において、
前記保定デバイス(8、10、11、12)が、前記調節デバイス(6)に接続されたロック摺動体(8)と、操作して変えることができる幅を有する摺動体ギャップ(10)を有するロックアクチュエータ(11)とを備え、前記調節デバイス(6)をロック解除することによって前記ロック摺動体(8)を前記摺動体ギャップ(10)内に進入させることができる第1の広いギャップ幅と、前記調節デバイス(6)をロックすることによって前記ロック摺動体(8)を前記摺動体ギャップ(10)内に進入させることができない第2の狭いギャップ幅との間で、前記摺動体ギャップ(10)を前記ロックアクチュエータ(11)を用いて調節することができ、また、前記摺動体ギャップが、固定ベース(11)と、前記ロックアクチュエータによって駆動される可動アンカ(12)との間のギャップ(10)によって形成されることを特徴とする、操作装置(1)。 - 前記ロックアクチュエータが電磁石(11)であり、前記アンカ(12)が強磁性材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操作装置。
- 前記固定ベースが、前記電磁石(11)の本体によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の操作装置。
- 前記可動アンカが、枢動可能なアンカプレート(12)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記ロック摺動体(8)および/または前記アンカ(12)の前端部が、前記摺動体ギャップ(10)に向けて傾斜されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記アンカプレート(12)が、前記摺動体ギャップ(10)に向けてばね偏倚を受けることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の操作装置。
- 前記調節デバイス(6)が枢動レバー(6)を備え、前記枢動レバー(6)をトランスミッションセレクタシャフト(5)と直接接続することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 引張ケーブルまたは結合ロッドを介して前記パーキングロック爪の前記調節デバイス(6)に取り付けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記操作装置が、前記調節デバイス(6)に作用する緊急ロック解除作動機構(3、4、14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記緊急ロック解除作動機構(3、4、14)が、引張ケーブル(4)によって、運転者の手が届く範囲内に位置された作動要素(3)と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の操作装置。
- 前記緊急ロック解除作動機構(3、4、14)が、作動方向と逆方向に開放されたエンドストップ(15)によって前記調節デバイス(6)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の操作装置。
- 前記調節デバイス(6)が油圧式作動要素と接続され、前記油圧式作動要素が、油圧の適用によって前記パーキングロック爪を係入解除するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の操作装置。
- 前記油圧式作動要素が、前記パーキングロック爪が係入される方向にばねエネルギー貯蔵機構によってばね偏倚を受けることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の操作装置。
