Description
3.0mgの単一壁カーボンナノチューブ(SWNT)と1.5mgのSDS分散剤を200mLの蒸留水に均一に混合した。これを超音波分散器(Bath Sonicator Branson 5510 40kHz 135w)を用いて1時間分散させてコーティング溶液として使用した。
3.0mgの単一壁カーボンナノチューブ(SWNT)、1.5mgのSDS分散剤および200mLの蒸留水を攪拌してよく混合した。これを超音波分散器(Bath Bonicator Branson 5510 40kHz 135W)を用いて1時間分散させてコーティング溶液として使用した。

- 複数のループパターンからなるカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)透明導電膜であって、前記ループパターンは、基質上にコーティング溶液を0.05〜60kgf/cm 2 の圧力でスプレーし、前記コーティングされた基質を乾燥させることによって形成され、前記コーティング溶液は、カーボンナノチューブ、分散剤および溶媒を混合および分散して準備され、複数のループは少なくとも一部分が互いに連結され、前記ループの厚さは0.1〜5μmであり、その外径は10〜120μmである、カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)透明導電膜。
- 前記ループは、カーボンナノチューブで内部の一部のみが充填されており又は内部が空いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜。
- カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)透明導電膜の製造方法であって、前記CNT透明導電膜は、その表面にループパターンを有し、複数のループは少なくとも一部分が互いに連結され、前記ループの厚さは0.1〜5μmであり、その外径は10〜120μmであり、その方法が、
カーボンナノチューブ、分散剤および溶媒を混合および分散してコーティング溶液を準備する段階と、
基質上に前記コーティング溶液を0.05〜60kgf/cm2の噴射圧力でスプレーし、これを乾燥させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)透明導電膜の製造方法。 - 前記スプレーおよび乾燥段階において、前記基質が50〜300℃の温度で加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜の製造方法。
- 前記コーティング溶液中の前記カーボンナノチューブの含量が前記コーティング溶液の100重量部に対して0.01〜20重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒の含量が前記カーボンナノチューブの1重量部に対して100〜80000重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜の製造方法。
- 前記基質が、ガラス、ポリマー膜、およびセラミックフィルムよりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜の製造方法。
- 前記溶媒が、水、エタノール、メタノール、イソプロパノール、1,2−ジクロロベンゼン、クロロホルム、ジメチルホルムアミドおよびアセトンよりなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のカーボンナノチューブ透明導電膜の製造方法。
