Description

本開示は、外科手術手順の間に患者の内腔へのアクセスを容易にするためのデバイスおよびその使用方法に関する。より特定すると、本開示は、組織と外科手術用物体との両方と実質的に流体密シールを形成するように、組織の切開部に挿入するため、および1つ以上の外科手術物体の密封された受容のために適合された外科手術用繋留装置に関する。
(項目1)
外科手術用繋留装置であって、
本体部材であって、該本体部材は、該本体部材の長手方向軸に沿って延びる長手軸方向本体通路を規定し、該本体部材は、第一の初期状態と第二の拡張状態との間で移行するように適合された拡張可能部材を備える、本体部材;
拡張器要素であって、該拡張器要素は、該本体部材の該長手軸方向通路内に少なくとも部分的に配置可能であり、そして該長手軸方向通路への該拡張器要素の挿入の間に該拡張可能セクションを該第二の拡張状態に移行させるための寸法にされており、これによって、組織に対する該本体部材の固定を容易にし、該拡張器要素は、外科手術用物体の受容および通過のための長手軸方向拡張器通路を規定する、拡張器要素;ならびに
該拡張器要素に対して設置されたシールであって、該シールは、該拡張器要素内に受容された該外科手術用物体との実質的な密封関係を確立するように適合されている、シール、
を備える、外科手術用繋留装置。
上記本体部材の上記拡張可能セクションが、複数の拡張可能セグメントを備える、項目1に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記拡張可能セクションが、上記長手方向軸に対して斜めに配置された複数の内部カム表面を備え、上記拡張器要素が、上記本体部材の上記長手軸方向通路への該拡張器要素の挿入の間に、該カム表面と接触して、上記拡張可能セグメントを、該長手方向軸に対して少なくとも半径方向外向きに移動させて、上記第二の拡張状態への該拡張可能セクションの移行を引き起こすような寸法である、項目2に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記拡張可能セグメントが内部カム表面を備える、項目3に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記本体部材の上記拡張可能セクションの隣接する拡張可能セグメントが、スロットによって分離されている、項目4に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記隣接する拡張可能セグメントが、実質的に長手軸方向のスロットによって分離されている、項目5に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記拡張可能セクションが、外側螺旋ねじ筋を備え、該外側螺旋ねじ筋は、上記本体部材が上記第一の初期状態にある場合に、上記組織内への該本体部材の前進を容易にするように適合されている、項目3に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記本体部材が、把持セグメントを備え、該把持セグメントは、使用者による手での係合のために適合されており、そして該本体部材の上記長手方向軸に対して半径方向外向きにぶら下がっている、項目1に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記把持セグメントが、通常状態と少なくとも部分的に反転した状態との間で移行するように適合されている、項目8に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記把持セグメントがエラストマー材料を備える、項目9に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記把持セグメントが、周囲フランジを備え、該周囲フランジは、該把持セグメントが上記通常状態にある場合に組織に接触するように適合されている、項目10に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記把持セグメントの上記少なくとも部分的に反転した状態から上記通常状態への移行の間に、上記周囲フランジが、上記組織との減圧シールを確立するように適合されている、項目11に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記シールがゲル材料を備える、項目1に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
上記シールが自己回復発泡材料を備える、項目1に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
本開示の1つの局面において、外科手術用繋留装置は、本体部材を通る長手方向軸に沿って延びる長手軸方向本体通路を規定する本体部材、この本体部材の長手軸方向通路内に少なくとも部分的に配置可能な拡張器要素、およびこの拡張器要素に対して設置されるシールを備える。
図面および以下の説明において、同じ参照番号は、類似の要素または同一の要素を識別し、当該分野において慣用的かつ公知であるように、用語「近位」とは、使用中に臨床医に最も近い器具の端部をいい、一方で、用語「遠位」とは、臨床医から最も遠い端部をいう。

Claims (12)
- 外科手術用繋留装置であって、
本体部材であって、該本体部材は、該本体部材の長手方向軸に沿って延びる長手軸方向本体通路を規定し、該本体部材は、第一の初期状態と第二の拡張状態との間で移行するように適合された拡張可能セクションを含み、該本体部材は、把持セグメントを含み、該把持セグメントは、使用者による手での係合のために適合されており、かつ、該本体部材の該長手方向軸に対して半径方向外向きにぶら下がっており、該把持セグメントは、通常状態と少なくとも部分的に反転した状態との間で移行するように適合されており、該把持セグメントは、該把持セグメントが該本体部材から近位に延びるように該本体部材の近位端に固定されている、本体部材と、
拡張器要素であって、該拡張器要素は、該本体部材の該長手軸方向通路内に少なくとも部分的に配置可能であり、かつ、該長手軸方向通路への該拡張器要素の挿入の間に該拡張可能セクションを該第二の拡張状態に移行させるための寸法にされており、これによって、組織に対する該本体部材の固定を容易にし、該拡張器要素は、外科手術用物体の受容および通過のための長手軸方向拡張器通路を規定する、拡張器要素と、
該拡張器要素に対して設置されたシールであって、該シールは、該拡張器要素内に受容された該外科手術用物体との実質的な密封関係を確立するように適合されている、シールと
を含む、外科手術用繋留装置。 - 前記本体部材の前記拡張可能セクションが、複数の拡張可能セグメントを含む、請求項1に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
- 前記拡張可能セクションが、前記長手方向軸に対して斜めに配置された複数の内部カム表面を含み、前記拡張器要素が、前記本体部材の前記長手軸方向通路への該拡張器要素の挿入の間に、該カム表面と接触して、前記拡張可能セグメントを、該長手方向軸に対して少なくとも半径方向外向きに移動させて、前記第二の拡張状態への該拡張可能セクションの移行を引き起こすような寸法である、請求項2に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
- 各拡張可能セグメントが内部カム表面を含む、請求項3に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。

- 前記拡張可能セクションが、外側螺旋ねじ筋を含み、該外側螺旋ねじ筋は、前記本体部材が前記第一の初期状態にある場合に、前記組織内への該本体部材の前進を容易にするように適合されている、請求項3に記載の外科手術用繋留装置。
