Description
Claims (10)
- 中型または大型のバッテリーパックケースであって、
充電及び放電可能であり、複数の積み重ねたバッテリーセルを有するバッテリーモジュールが取り付けられてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、冷却剤入口及び冷却剤出口を備えてなり、
前記冷却剤入口及び冷却剤出口が配置され、前記バッテリーモジュールの一の側から反対側に、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向に対して直角の方向において、前記バッテリーセルを冷却するための冷却剤を流動することが可能とされてなり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記冷却剤入口から前記バッテリーモジュールに伸びる流動空間(「入口ダクト」)と、及び前記バッテリーモジュールから前記冷却剤出口に伸びる他の流動空間(「出口ダクト」)をさらに備えてなり、
一個以上の案内部材が前記入口ダクト中に配置され、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向に対して平行の方向に、前記冷却剤の流れを案内するものであり、
前記入口ダクトの垂直高さが、前記出口ダクトの垂直高さの40〜95%に等しいものであり、
前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記冷却剤出口に吸引ファンを取り付け、前記冷却剤が前記バッテリーモジュールを通って流れた後に、前記冷却剤入口を通じて導入された前記冷却剤を、前記冷却剤出口に強制的に移動させる構造に構築されてなるものである、中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。 - 前記案内部材の長さが、前記入口ダクトの長さの15〜50%に等しい、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記案内部材の数がnである場合、それぞれの案内部材が、前記入口ダクトの高さ(T)の-15%〜15%以内で、T/nに相当する高さ(t)から上方向または下方向に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記案内部材の数が2以上であり、第一案内部材が、前記第一案内部材が前記入口ダクトの入口から前記バッテリーセルの積重方向で内側方向に伸びるように、前記入口ダクト中の最も上の位置に配置され、n-1番目の前記案内部材の長さより小さい長さを有するn番目の前記案内部材が、n-1番目の前記案内部材より下に配置されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記案内部材の数が2であり、前記第二案内部材の長さより大きい長さを有する前記第一案内部材が、前記入口ダクトの前記垂直高さ(T)の2/3に等しい位置から上方向または下方向に、前記入口ダクトの前記高さ(T)の-10%〜10%以内に配置され、前記第二案内部材が、前記入口ダクトの前記垂直高さ(T)の1/3に等しい位置から上方向または下方向に、前記入口ダクトの前記高さ(T)の-10%〜10%以内に配置されてなる、請求項4に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- 前記バッテリーパックケースが、前記バッテリーセルの積重方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さが、前記バッテリーセルの横方向における前記バッテリーパックケースの長さより大きく、前記ダクトが前記バッテリーセルの積重方向に対して平行に配置される構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース。
- バッテリーモジュールが請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパックケース中に取り付けられた構造に構築されてなる、中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、複数の充電及び放電可能な板形状バッテリーセルを包含してなる、請求項7に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルがリチウム二次バッテリーである、請求項8に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックが、電気自動車またはハイブリッド電気自動車用の電源として使用される、請求項9に記載の中型または大型のバッテリーパック。
